Automated spray system to produce an elastomeric pad on a railroad tie
The present disclosure provides for an automated spray system (100) to produce an elastomeric pad on a railroad tie. The automated spray system (100) includes a two-component spray system (102) for spraying a two-component reaction mixture to produce the elastomeric pad on the railroad tie. The automated spray system further includes a gantry system (140) having girder (146) that supports the spray applicator.
Method for applying a cosmetic substance to the skin of a person
A method for applying a cosmetic substance to the skin of a person, using a device for electrostatically spraying the cosmetic substance. The device has a container, a nozzle arrangement, a conveyor device, a high-voltage source, a processor for processing measurement values, data and/or reference values, a storage device and a transmitting and receiving unit for transmitting the measurement values, data and/or reference values to an external data processing device and/or for receiving further measurement values, data and/or reference values from the external data processing device.
Hair care device
A hair care device according to the present disclosure includes a tank that stores a liquid, a pump that outputs the liquid stored in the tank, and a controller that controls an output of the pump. The hair care device according to the present disclosure further includes a detector that detects swing of the hair care device. The controller adjusts the output of the pump based on a detection value of the detector. Thus, the hair care device that suitably sprays a cosmetic component is provided.

A SYSTEM FOR OBTAINING DATA ON A POSITION OF A SPRAY GUN RELATIVE TO A SURFACE PROVIDED IN A SPACE
A system is provided for obtaining data on a position of a spray gun relative to a surface to be coated provided in a space, comprising a data acquisition device. The data acquisition device comprises a spray gun mount arranged to rigidly connect the device to the spray gun, a beacon sensor module arranged to receive beacon data from one or more reflective beacons located in the space, a surface scanning module arranged to scan the surface and to provide scanning data by scanning the surface and a processing unit. The processing unit is arranged to receive the beacon data, based on the beacon data, determine localisation data indicating a location of the device within the space; and based on the localisation data and the scanning data, determine position data indicating a position of the spray gun relative to the surface.
ROBOTIC MATERIAL APPLICATION AND/OR REMOVAL FOR COMPONENTS
The present disclosure describes systems and methods for detecting data corresponding to an object and selectively affect, based at least in part on the data, a material on the object. In some embodiments, the data is, at least in part, used to selectively apply a material to the object, selectively avoid applying a material to the object; selectively remove at least a portion of a material from the object; and/or selectively avoid removing at least a portion of a material from the object.
Method for optimizing the amount of slurry spread on a soil to be fertilized and corresponding slurry spreading apparatus
A method for optimising the amount of slurry that is spread on a soil to be fertilised by means of a vehicle comprising a slurry spreader device fed by a tank through at least one conduit, wherein the concentration of at least one slurry ingredient in the conduit is acquired, a pressure difference between two points in the feed conduit upstream and downstream of a valve and the speed of the vehicle are measured, an effective volumetric flow rate of the slurry is calculated as a function of the measured pressure difference and a target volumetric flow rate of the slurry is calculated as a function of a target spreading factor and concentration of the ingredient, the measured speed and a spreading width of the slurry spreader device, and the valve is adjusted as a function of the difference between the effective volumetric flow rate and the target volumetric flow rate.
Pretreatment device
A pretreatment device includes a platen, guide that guide a conveyance of the platen from a set position at which a recorded medium is set on an upper surface, a spray that sprays a pretreatment agent onto the recording medium set on an upper surface of the platen, an input portion into which is input at least one of an application range of the pretreatment agent onto the recording medium or an application amount of the pretreatment agent, a processor; and a memory storing computer-readable instructions. The computer-readable instructions also includes setting, on the basis of at least one of the application range or the application amount input into the input portion, at least one of a conveyance speed of the platen or a spray duty ratio that is a ratio of a spray time during a spray period of the pretreatment agent.
Systems and methods for monitoring spray quality
A monitoring system for an agricultural sprayer includes a spray nozzle, a pressure sensor, a flow rate sensor, and control circuitry. The spray nozzle is configured to generate a spray of a fluid, the pressure sensor is adjacent to the spray nozzle and is configured to measure a pressure of the fluid sprayed by the spray nozzle, and the flow rate sensor is adjacent to the spray nozzle and is configured to measure a flow rate of the fluid sprayed by the spray nozzle. The control circuitry is configured to receive the measured pressure from the pressure sensor, receive the measured flow rate from the flow rate sensor, and cause a user interface to display the measured pressure and the measured flow rate. Related methods and systems are also disclosed.
