Paint Sprayer Attachment
A paint sprayer attachment that prevents over spray mist from dispersing into the open air, thus allowing a user to operate a paint sprayer without wearing a mask, includes a spray hood, a first edger, a second edger, a first roller assembly, and a second roller assembly. The spray hood is a thin-walled, dome-like structure to which the first edger, the second edger, the first roller assembly, and the second roller assembly are attached. The first edger and the second edger enclose the sides of the spray hood, and provide non-abrasive surfaces for applying paint to a desired surface. A first paint roller from the first roller assembly and a second paint roller from the second roller assembly are positioned at opposite ends of the spray hood, wherein the first paint roller and the second paint roller enclose the front and back of the spray hood.
ROLL TO ROLL FABRICATION APPARATUS
A roll to roll fabrication apparatus includes an injection plate for injecting a chemical treatment liquid on a film transferred from a supplying roll to a collecting roll; and liquid blocking rolls disposed between the supplying roll and the collecting roll, and configured to prevent the chemical treatment liquid injected from the injection plate from being introduced to another process region.
HIGH PRESSURE SURFACE CLEANER AND RELATED METHODS
A high pressure surface cleaner includes a housing having an open end, a high pressure coupling in fluid communication with the housing and having a first end and a second end, the first end configured to receive a high pressure water source, and a supply conduit rotatably secured to the second end of the high pressure coupling and configured to rotate about the high pressure coupling defining a horizontal plane within the housing. The cleaner also includes first and second nozzles having a vertical axis therethrough and secured proximate to the first and opposing second ends of the supply conduit, respectively, the vertical axis of the first and second nozzles approximately normal to the first horizontal plane, and a directional nozzle coupled to the supply conduit and having a directional outlet orientated to cause the supply conduit with the first and second nozzles to rotate when discharging water.
Device for treating objects
A device for treating objects, wherein a gap is formed between two wall sections of a treatment chamber. At least one respective component of at least one first and one second working device which can move along the gap, extends from an outer region outside of the treatment chamber through the gap into the treatment chamber. A covering assembly seals the gap in the wall of the treatment chamber, apart from a first through opening and a second through opening, through which the component of the first working device or the component of the second working device extend, and which follow a movement of the component of the first working device or the component of the second working device along the gap. A covering band running on the gap is secured to a first and to a second securing side of the first working device, said first and second securing sides facing one another in the longitudinal direction of the gap. A diverting device, directs the covering band from the first securing side to the second securing side of the first working device, and also from the first securing side of the first working device to the second working device, where it is lifted away from the gap using a lifting device and directed past the second working device.
Substrate processing apparatus and cleaning method of mist guard
A substrate processing apparatus includes a holder configured to hold a substrate; a driving unit configured to rotate the holder; an inner cup body provided in the holder to surround the substrate held by the holder; a mist guard, surrounding the holder and the inner cup body, configured to be moved up and down; a cleaning liquid supply configured to supply a cleaning liquid; and a controller. The controller is configured to perform: supplying a processing liquid to the substrate from a processing liquid supply, in a state that the substrate is held by the holder and the mist guard is raised; and dispersing, after the supplying of the processing liquid, the cleaning liquid supplied from the cleaning liquid supply to an entire inner peripheral surface of the mist guard, in a state that the substrate is carried out from the holder and the mist guard is raised.
PRESSURE WASHING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Disclosed herein are various embodiments of a system and method for operating a surface pressure washer with a wand component. The method may include the steps of cleaning a first surface through a first fluid path, where the first fluid path includes a pump, a pressure regulating valve, a diversion block, and a spray gun, while spray nozzles are not discharging fluid to a second surface, actuating a valve connected to the diversion block, thereby reducing the pressure available to the first fluid path and creating a second fluid path, where the second fluid path includes the pump, the pressure regulating valve, the diversion block and the spray nozzles, where the spray nozzles are configured to rotate above the second surface when the second fluid path is open, and cleaning a second surface underneath the pressure washer system through the second fluid path.
