An automated system for painting a programmed design on high-traffic surfaces. The system includes a transportable housing having a compartment for holding paint and a spraying mechanism for spraying the paint via a spray head that is movable about a plurality of axes. An arm extends from a side of the housing and is connected to the spraying mechanism to provide motion control of the spray head for executing the design. The programmed design is communicated to an onboard control as a grid pattern having an array of uniform blocks aligned in rows and columns. The onboard control paints the design onto a surface by causing the arm and housing to move along the grid pattern to avoid the housing moving through wet paint. The automated system provides an efficient and safe path to paint roadways, parking lots, and the like without having to endanger an operator or passing drivers.

A paint sprayer attachment that prevents over spray mist from dispersing into the open air, thus allowing a user to operate a paint sprayer without wearing a mask, includes a spray hood, a first edger, a second edger, a first roller assembly, and a second roller assembly. The spray hood is a thin-walled, dome-like structure to which the first edger, the second edger, the first roller assembly, and the second roller assembly are attached. The first edger and the second edger enclose the sides of the spray hood, and provide non-abrasive surfaces for applying paint to a desired surface. A first paint roller from the first roller assembly and a second paint roller from the second roller assembly are positioned at opposite ends of the spray hood, wherein the first paint roller and the second paint roller enclose the front and back of the spray hood.

A paint sprayer attachment that prevents over spray mist from dispersing into the open air, thus allowing a user to operate a paint sprayer without wearing a mask, includes a spray hood, a first edger, a second edger, a first roller assembly, and a second roller assembly. The spray hood is a thin-walled, dome-like structure to which the first edger, the second edger, the first roller assembly, and the second roller assembly are attached. The first edger and the second edger enclose the sides of the spray hood, and provide non-abrasive surfaces for applying paint to a desired surface. An automatic paint spraying device for automobile painting comprises a positioning operation base, semi-annular spraying sleeve, contact-stop side blocking mechanism, wheel-back shielding assembly and airflow fog-guiding mechanism. The semi-annular spraying sleeve is rotatably provided on the sidewall of the positioning operation base; the contact-stop side blocking mechanism is slidably clamped on the inner wall of the semi-annular spraying sleeve in an arc shape; the wheel-back shielding assembly is provided on the edge of the end side wall of the semi-annular spraying sleeve; and the airflow fog-guiding mechanism is fixedly penetrating through the sidewall of the semi-annular spraying sleeve. The invention combines physical blocking, negative pressure drainage and electrode effect, which improves wrapping efficiency through the semi-annular wrapping method, allows smooth entry of brake caliper through the bidirectional resistance rotation structure, and achieves automatic stop through rotation effect, significantly improving painting efficiency and reducing painting mist diffusion.

An automatic paint spraying device for automobile painting comprises a positioning operation base, semi-annular spraying sleeve, contact-stop side blocking mechanism, wheel-back shielding assembly and airflow fog-guiding mechanism.
