Plants for treating motor-vehicle bodies and/or motor-vehicle components
A station for treating objects may include: a booth including at least one entrance for an object and at least one exit for the object; a system configured to move the object between the at least one entrance and the at least one exit; at least one robot configured to treat the object in the booth; and/or a platform configured to support the object. The platform may be configured to rotate about a vertical axis so as to rotate the object inside the booth relative to the at least one robot. The at least one entrance may not be aligned with the at least one exit. The system may be configured to rotate with the platform so as to align with the at least one entrance in order to receive the object, and so as to align with the at least one exit in order to release the object.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SPRAY PAINTING A WORKPIECE
A method and a device for spray painting a workpiece uses an application device. The workpiece has at least two components that are movable relative to each other which are at least arranged region by region or meshing with each other such that, dependent on the relative position of the components, at least a subregion of one of components is mounted shaded so that the subregion is inaccessible for spray painting by the application device. The method and the device for the spray painting of workpieces, allow a fast, complete and cost-effective painting of a workpiece. One of the components is moved during the spray painting by means of an actuator such that the subregion of the component is displaced so that the subregion is not shaded and is accessible for spray painting by the application device.
Coating method and a coating device
The present disclosure relates to a coating method and a coating device, configured to place a surface material on the surface of an object. The coating method includes: obtaining a three-dimensional image of the object by a scanning element providing a structured light, sequentially moving the nozzle according to the pixels of the three-dimensional image, and spraying the surface material on the surface of the object. The coating device includes a structured light scanning element, providing a scanning light beam to the object and capturing a three-dimensional image; a processing unit; and a nozzle. The processing unit is electrically connected to the structured light scanning element and the nozzle. The processing unit receives the three-dimensional image, moves the nozzle according to the pixels of the three-dimensional image, and sprays the surface material onto the surface of the object.
DEVICE FOR COATING FOOTWEAR
A device for coating footwear including a frame and a coating compartment engaged to the frame, wherein the coating compartment includes a cavity therein. A hingedly connected access door is engaged to the coating compartment for providing access to the cavity and closing off the cavity. A reservoir contains a coating agent and a supply line is engaged to the reservoir and facilitates the flow of coating agent from the reservoir to at least one nozzle disposed within the cavity of the coating compartment for expelling the coating agent within the cavity of the coating compartment. A turntable is positioned within the cavity of the coating compartment for placement of the footwear that is rotatable.
Substrate processing device
A substrate processing apparatus includes: a circulation pipe which defines a circulation passage through which a chemical liquid within a chemical-liquid tank is circulated; a supply pipe which guides the chemical liquid from the circulation pipe to a chemical-liquid nozzle; a supply valve which is switched between an open state in which the chemical liquid flowing through the supply pipe toward the chemical-liquid nozzle is passed and a closed state in which the supply of the chemical liquid from the supply pipe to the chemical-liquid nozzle is stopped; a recovery pipe which guides the chemical liquid from a cup to the chemical-liquid tank; and a branch pipe which guides the chemical liquid within the circulation pipe to the recovery pipe.
COATED SUBSTRATES AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A coated substrate and method of manufacturing same are provided. The method comprising: securing a substrate to a pedestal; applying a first coating layer onto the substrate; wrapping the first coating layer around the substrate to substantially coat the substrate, the first coating layer having excess coating of the first coating layer extending away from the substantially coated substrate and around the pedestal; withdrawing the pedestal from the substrate; forming a tail from the excess coating of the first coating layer, the tail extending at an angle from the surface of the substrate; and sealing the tail to the first coating layer to encapsulate the substrate forming the coated substrate.
Lotion application machine with rotatable platform
A lotion application machine for allowing automatic application of a lotion to the body of a user is provided. The lotion application machine has a rotatable platform, on which the user can stand and be rotated while the lotion is being applied. The lotion can be applied evenly to the entire body of the user.
AUTOMATIC WETTING APPARATUS
An automatic wetting apparatus includes a frame, and a wetting device, an air blowing device, a driving device and a station turntable. The frame is provided with a loading station, an wetting station, a unloading station and an air blowing station, the driving device includes an output end connected with the station turntable, the wetting device is cooperated with the wetting station, the air blowing device is cooperated with the air blowing station, the station turntable is provided with a support unit, the support unit is provided with a through hole, and the support unit is selectively rotatable to align with the loading station, the wetting station, the unloading station or the air blowing station, under an action of the driving device. The processes for loading, wetting and unloading are coherent, and the wetting accuracy and the wetting efficiency are high.
System for spraying the inside of can bodies
A system for spraying a coating such as lacquer on the internal surface of a can body (2) comprising vacuum chuck gears (42) for each vacuum chuck (16). The vacuum chucks hold the can body as it rotates about a main process turret (10) and to a spray station (32, 34). A ring gear rotates independently of main turret rotation and further gearing connects the ring gear to a vacuum chuck drive motor (11). The spray system provides tight process control and allows flexibility of process revolutions or use of higher machine production speed.
