PAINT SPRAYING APPARATUS FOR STABILIZER, COATING INSTALLATION, AND COATING METHOD
A paint spraying apparatus includes a supporting structure, a lower nozzle unit, and an upper nozzle unit. The lower nozzle unit includes lower flexible tubes and nozzles, and ejects powder paint toward an eye portion on a lower side of a stabilizer. The upper nozzle unit includes a first frame and a second frame. First flexible tubes are arranged on the first frame. Second flexible tubes are arranged on the second frame. The upper nozzles eject the powder paint toward an eye portion on an upper side of the stabilizer.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MASKING AND RACKING METAL PIPE FITTINGS DURING POWDER COATING
Systems and methods for protecting threads of metal pipes while coating the metal pipes with a protective coating are disclosed herein. Innovative metal couplings are used to protect the threads while a protective coating is applied to the metal pipes. The couplings are reusable and result in multiple efficiency improvements over previous methods and systems. Benefits include elimination of plastic caps and reduced waste, improved flowthrough in the powder coating process, more efficient thermo transfer in the thermal chamber, and an increase in the overall capacity of the powder coating operation.
SURFACE TREATING APPARATUS
A device capable of performing surface treatment evenly to an upper portion of a substrate is provided. An upper end of a substrate 54 is sandwiched and held by a clip 52 of a hanger 50. A pipe 56 as a treatment solution releasing section is provided on each side of the substrate 54 that is held by the hanger 50. This pipe 56 is provided with a hole 58 from which the treatment solution is released obliquely upward. The released treatment solution flows down on a surface of the substrate 54, reaches a lower portion thereof, is circulated by a pump 60, and is released from the pipe 56 again.

On which a workpiece can be arranged, with at least one detection device which includes a detection means, by which at least the dimensions of the frame and of the workpiece can be detected, and which includes a control unit, by which the dimensions of the hook-like holding section and of a minimum distance between two hook-like holding sections on the carrier for contact-free arrangement of the workpiece and by which the total length of the continuous material for forming the carrier can be determined. With a provisioning device which interacts functionally with the detection device, by which the carrier can be produced, which provides a continuous material carrier, which provides the continuous material forming the carrier, which provides a deformation unit.
Dynamic powder dispersing system
Apparatus and associated methods relate to dynamically generating commands to manage the flow rate of a powder as a function of time in response to arbitrarily shaped target parts traveling along a conveyor. In an illustrative example, a controller may receive shape information about each target part as the part travels along the conveyor. The controller may dynamically generate commands to a pump to control the flow rate of powder to a reciprocating nozzle. In some embodiments, the controller may generate motion trajectory commands to the reciprocating nozzle to deliver a predetermined amount of powder to the target part as the target part travels along the conveyor.
Alternator for electrostatic spray gun
