A spray device includes a spray assembly. The spray assembly is configured to spray cleaning liquid towards a to-be-cleaned surface of a to-be-processed workpiece. The spray assembly includes a spray head and multiple liquid inlet pipelines. The spray assembly is configured to spray cleaning liquids with different concentrations, temperatures, and/or flow rates corresponding to different positions in a radial direction of the to-be-cleaned surface to cause a cleaning rate of the cleaning liquids at the different positions in the radial direction of the to-be-cleaned surface to be consistent.

An aircraft windshield wiper system includes a wiper arm, a wiper blade coupled to a first end of the wiper arm, and an output shaft coupled to a second end of the wiper arm. The wiper blade includes a fluid dispensing system including nozzles, a fluid control unit, fluid lines, fluid source, and a user interface. The wiper blade with the fluid dispensing system is configured to dispense a variety of fluids directly from the wiper blade onto the windshield of an aircraft.

A coating device includes a head, an arm, and a controller. The head includes a nozzle surface. The arm holds the head. The controller controls movement of the head via the arm. The controller vibrates the head in a second direction intersecting a first direction, and/or rotationally oscillates along a nozzle surface while moving the head in the first direction along the nozzle surface in a state where the nozzle surface and a to-be-coated object face each other.

Apparatus and a method for removing particulate matter from an enclosure having an internal space and an opening into the internal space. The apparatus includes: a cover positionable over the opening; an inlet conduit that extends through the cover and is adapted to direct gas from a gas source to a gas outlet within the internal space so that particulate matter within the internal space is dislodged. Gas and entrained particulate matter is drawn from the internal space firstly through an outlet conduit and the particular matter is separated. Concentration of particulate matter in gas leaving the enclosed space is sensed and its value displayed to an operator so that operation can continue until a satisfactory value of the concentration is achieved. The gas outlet may be comprised in an elongate lance that is passed through the cover and can be manipulated by a user. The lance may display data.

The present invention refers to a working assembly for a painting system, containing a mobile platform and a crank and slider-type oscillating mechanism, which reproduces movements transmitted to a shaft and that guides a paint gun, mimicking the process performed by painters. Thus, the mobile platform and the oscillating mechanism were designed to move unidirectionally over the surface, being able to move in two orthogonal directions and also to rotate in order to keep the platform level.

A coating device according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device for coating, with a paint, a target surface which is at least a part of a wall surface of a building, and comprises: a first movement part that can move in the vertical direction in accordance with a change in the length of a wire by driving of a winch drum; and a spraying part that can move in the left or right direction along the first movement part, and directly sprays the paint on the target surface or sprays the paint on a coating roller that rotates in contact with the target surface, such that a range from a predetermined left line to a predetermined right line of the target surface with reference to the left and right directions can be coated with the paint.

A system for depositing a chemical of one or more components onto a substrate is provided. The system includes a spray assembly for depositing the chemical, a substrate for collecting the one or more components forming the chemical, and an enclosure for housing the substrate and the spray assembly. The spray assembly includes a capillary for receiving and ejecting a fluid containing the one or more components, a nozzle for receiving and ejecting a gas towards both the substrate and the fluid when the fluid is ejected from the capillary, and a spray heater for heating the capillary and the gas. The enclosure includes a translatable drawer for supporting and translating the substrate. The system further includes a substrate heater for heating the substrate.

A fence painting system enables applying a coating to a both the front and back of the fence simultaneously. The system uses spray modules mounted to an anchor to apply the coating. The anchor attaches to the top of the fence and lowers the spray models with an extension device. The modules detect the ground as they descend with a sensor that prevents the modules from impacting the ground.

A machine and a process for spraying a section of pipeline with air and water. The machine comprises an enclosure configured to surround a section of pipeline; a frame rotatable about a section of pipeline in the enclosure; rotating means operable to rotate the frame; a water delivery arrangement mounted on the frame and rotatable therewith to spray water around a section of pipeline in the enclosure; and an air delivery arrangement mounted on the frame and rotatable therewith to spray air around a section of pipeline in the enclosure. The machine may be used quenching or jet washing a section of pipeline. Optionally, the machine may comprise a heater arrangement mounted on the frame and rotatable therewith to help dry a section of pipeline after it has been jet washed.

A method of covering a surface of a building, the method comprising spraying an expandable foam material onto the surface and allowing the foam material to solidify whereby to form a covering of the surface and a robotic vehicle configured to carry out the method.
