APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR APPLYING SINGLE-COMPONENT OR MULTI-COMPONENT ADHESIVE TO A BALLAST BED AND USE
An apparatus for applying a single-component or multi-component adhesive to a ballast bed of a stretch of rails in a rail path, includes a container for the adhesive and elements for conveying the adhesive for application are mounted on a supply vehicle which can be driven on, or adjacent to, the rail path. The adhesive is guided from the supply vehicle with a hose having a one nozzle. The apparatus further includes a trolley that can be temporarily coupled and secured to a rail, and can be moved in a rail-bound manner at a desired and uniform speed independently of the supply vehicle. The trolley supports a boom on which the nozzle is mounted, so that a defined depth of penetration of the adhesive can be maintained by the apparatus at a uniform running speed of the trolley and defined flow rates of the adhesive depending upon the characteristics of the ballast bed and spray pattern.
Treating a target via a modular precision delivery system
Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an agricultural observation and treatment system and method of operation. The agricultural treatment system uses a treatment unit for spraying fluid at agricultural objects. The treatment unit is configured with a treatment head assembly that includes a moveable treatment head with one or more spraying tips. A first and second motor assembly are operated by the treatment unit to control the movement of the treatment head. The first motor assembly includes a first motor rotatable in a first rotational axis. A first linkage assembly is connected to the first motor and the treatment head assembly. The first linkage assembly is rotatable by the first motor. The second linkage assembly is rotatable by the second motor.
Adhesive Agent Application Device, Methods for Applying Adhesive Agent and Methods for Producing Eyelash Receptor Using the Same
An adhesive agent application device comprises a support member holder fixedly holding an eyelash support member and an adhesive agent applicator configured to apply an adhesive agent to an adhesive portion of the eyelash support member held on the support member holder. The adhesive agent applicator comprises a nozzle configured to apply the adhesive agent, and a rotation arm connected to the nozzle, the rotation arm being rotatable with respect to the support member holder.
Cleaning device and associated operating method
A cleaning device for cleaning an atomizer, in particular a rotary atomizer, is provided. The cleaning device includes a wet cleaning station having at least one cleaning nozzle for the wet cleaning of the atomizer with a cleaning fluid. The atomizer is introduced into the wet cleaning station in an introduction direction. The cleaning nozzle has a rotatable cleaning trunk for dispensing the cleaning fluid. The cleaning device, in some embodiments, also includes a dry cleaning station. A corresponding operating method is also provided.
System, method, and apparatus for applying tire shine to vehicle tires
A tire shine application system includes a computer having at least one sensor interfaced thereto that detects and measures sizes of a tire of a vehicle as the vehicle enters a car wash. A tire shine applicator is interfaced to a three-directional movement device that is controlled by the computer. When the tire approaches the tire shine applicator, the computer controls the three-directional movement device to position the tire shine applicator to an outwardly facing wall of the tire and controls the three-directional movement device so that the tire shine applicator traverses the outwardly facing wall of the tire while tracking the tire as the tire shine applicator deposits tire shine liquid on the outwardly facing wall of the tire.
Product applicator system
A product applicator system for distributing a liquid product accurately using low volume applications which minimize the quantity of product used and ensures more accurate results. The product applicator system generally includes a housing which includes a removable inlet port mount and outlet port mount. The positioning of the inlet and outlet port mounts on the housing is interchangeable. Supply hoses provide a product to the inlet port mount where the product is traversed through internal conduits to exit the housing via oscillating and overlapping spray heads. An internal motor provides oscillating motion to the spray heads. A rotator assembly which includes a rotator motor may be utilized to orient the housing in horizontal, vertical, or various diagonal orientations. The housing is adapted to either connect to a vehicle, be positioned on a stationary or movable platform, or be connected to a boom using boom connectors.
Pipe thread cleaner
A pipe thread cleaning device which cleans with pressurized water. The device contains a rigid outer shell and a cleaning assembly which is inserted into the outer shell to form an enclosure and includes a water input and rotatable spray nozzles to clean threaded pipe which is inserted into the device by rotatably applying a pressurized stream of water to the pipe threads.
