SYSTEM AND NOZZLE APPARATUS FOR ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYING
A liquid is mixed with a pressurized air flow through an orifice which breaks it into particles. The liquid particles are entrained in the liquid flow and come into contact with an energized component in the form of a cone or frustum that is in contact with an electrode. The energized component defines a mixing chamber within a spray nozzle. As a result, while in the mixing chamber, the particles become electrostatically charged before exiting the spray nozzle. Embodiments also include a removable cap component within which the energized component nests. The cap component may include a pair of windows that cooperate with tabs on the body of the spray nozzle in order to mechanically engage the cap to the body such that the energized component is properly positioned to mate with the electrode and define the mixing chamber.

Machine tool chip removal
A machine tool chip removal device including a coupling interface to couple with a rotatable spindle of a machine tool to facilitate rotation of the machine tool chip removal device about an axis at a rotational speed. The chip removal device can also include a main fluid channel with an opening to receive pressurized fluid from the machine tool. The chip removal device can further include a first fluid delivery channel and a second fluid delivery channel to direct fluid in different directions. Each fluid delivery channel can be in fluid communication with the main fluid channel. In addition, the chip removal device can include one or more valves associated with the first and second fluid delivery channels to selectively allow fluid passage from the main fluid channel to the fluid delivery channels. The one or more valves can be actuated by varying fluid pressure and/or rotational speed.
Pipe Conditioning Tool
A pipe conditioning tool comprising a drive unit to move the tool along a pipe and a work head rotatable about an axis of the pipe to condition a surface of the pipe, the drive unit includes a frame extending to opposite sides of the pipe, the frame having legs extending radially beyond the work head to provide support for the tool upon removal from said pipe.
NET WATER OUTLET DEVICE
A net water outlet device includes a main body and an outlet cover plate. The outlet cover plate is disposed at one end of the main body, the other end of the main body is an inlet end. The outlet cover plate is disposed with a first outlet hole group and a second outlet hole group arranged concentrically; therein, the outlet direction of the first outlet holes are configured so that: the axis of the outlet cover plate projects to the circumference of each first outlet hole, making the axis of the outlet cover plate and the tangent line of the circumference of each first outlet hole jointly define a first plane, the outlet direction of the first outlet holes are in the first plane, forming a first intersection angle with the projection of the axis of the outlet cover plate.
Localized can end repair spray
A repair machine is provided. The repair machine is structured to apply a repair fluid to a plurality of can ends. The repair machine includes a can end down stacker assembly, a can end conveyor assembly, and a spray assembly. The can end down stacker assembly is structured to move individual can ends from a stack to a conveyor assembly. The can end conveyor assembly is structured to transport the can ends over a path, the can end conveyor assembly including a number of reference locations. The can end conveyor assembly is disposed adjacent to the can end down stacker assembly and receives can ends therefrom. The spray assembly is disposed adjacent to the can end conveyor assembly downstream of the can end down stacker assembly. The spray assembly includes a locator assembly, a spray gun assembly, a motion assembly, and a control assembly.
TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TREATING WORKPIECES
In order to provide a treatment system for treating workpieces, in particular for performing a fluid treatment on vehicle bodies, which is simple in design and enables an efficient workpiece treatment, it is proposed that the treatment system comprises the following: an enclosure which surrounds a treatment chamber; a conveying device for conveying the workpieces; an application device for applying fluid to the workpieces.
Dust suppression system
A fluid discharger includes: a discharge nozzle configured to discharge fluid; a first rotation device configured to rotate the discharge nozzle; and a control device configured to control the first rotation device by remote operation. The control device includes a first mode control unit including a first automatic control unit configured to automatically perform reciprocating control of the discharge nozzle in a first rotation range set for each of the fluid dischargers; and a first switching unit configured to switch between a control signal to be outputted from the first automatic control unit and a control signal to rotate the discharge nozzle by a first rotation angle designated by remote operation. In a dust suppression system, this configuration can control the direction of the discharge nozzle by remote operation, and also can automatically reciprocate the direction of the discharge nozzle within a predetermined range.
Desk type liquid chemical spraying device
A desk type liquid chemical spraying device, or a desk type liquid chemical spraying device, sprays a liquid chemical in a wide range. The spraying device includes a plurality of nozzles for spraying the liquid chemical to an upper side of a spraying case through a nozzle structure and spraying the liquid chemical to four sides while a nozzle structure is rotated so that the liquid chemical spraying device may be located in a flat place such as a ground surface or a desk.
