A car wash spray device can include a fluid inlet to receive a pressurized fluid from a fluid source. The car wash spray device can also include a first spray nozzle, and a first pressure-sensitive valve in fluid communication with the fluid inlet and the first spray nozzle. The first pressure-sensitive valve can be configured to allow flow of the pressurized fluid therethrough at or below a first pressure. The car wash spray device can further include a second spray nozzle, and a second pressure-sensitive valve in fluid communication with the fluid inlet and the second spray nozzle. The second pressure-sensitive valve can be configured to allow flow of the pressurized fluid therethrough at or above a second pressure. Controlling a pressure of the pressurized fluid can facilitate delivery of the pressurized fluid through at least one of the first nozzle and the second nozzle.

Machine Tool Chip Removal

A machine tool chip removal device including a coupling interface to couple with a rotatable spindle of a machine tool to facilitate rotation of the machine tool chip removal device about an axis at a rotational speed. The chip removal device can also include a main fluid channel with an opening to receive pressurized fluid from the machine tool. The chip removal device can further include a first fluid delivery channel and a second fluid delivery channel to direct fluid in different directions. Each fluid delivery channel can be in fluid communication with the main fluid channel. In addition, the chip removal device can include one or more valves associated with the first and second fluid delivery channels to selectively allow fluid passage from the main fluid channel to the fluid delivery channels. The one or more valves can be actuated by varying fluid pressure and/or rotational speed.

A pipe conditioning tool comprising a drive unit to move the tool along a pipe and a work head rotatable about an axis of the pipe to condition a surface of the pipe, the drive unit includes a frame extending to opposite sides of the pipe, the frame having legs extending radially beyond the work head to provide support for the tool upon removal from said pipe.

Developing method and developing device

A developing device includes a spraying assembly and a concentration regulating assembly. A developing method usable in the developing device includes: spraying developing agents by a spraying assembly onto respective developing regions on a substrate to be developed; and spraying a regulating liquid by a concentration regulating assembly onto a target developing region on the substrate to be developed to change concentration of the developing agents.

Wheel mold spraying apparatus

The present invention discloses a wheel mold spraying device, which is composed of a frame, a servo motor, a servo electric cylinder, a hollow shaft, a nozzle and the like. Four side molds of a wheel are respectively placed on four slide plates; hand wheels are rotated to adjust the slide plates to proper positions through lead screws and guide rails; the servo motor drives the rotation of the hollow shaft and the nozzle through belt wheels and a synchronous belt, and the nozzle is automatically opened; and through guide posts, the servo electric cylinder lifts the nozzle to the top end while rotating, in which case the process of spraying for the four side molds can be completed.

An effective implementation is shown for a height adjustment system for a plurality of spray guns used in a line striper.

Rotating spray bar assembly, processing systems having a rotating spray bar assembly, and methods of processing

Rotating spray systems and related methods for enhancing spray performance can include one of more rotating spray assemblies formed of a plurality of individual, linear distribution manifolds to define a rotary cage. The rotary cage is fluidly coupled to a rotating distribution block on a distribution valve, with each linear distribution manifold being fluidly coupled to one of a plurality of distribution conduits defined in the rotating distribution block. The distribution valve further includes a fixed distribution block having an arcuate aperture defined therein. The rotating distribution block rotates relative to the fixed distribution block to individually and sequentially engage each distribution conduit with the arcuate aperture. When the individual distribution conduits are fluidly engaged with the arcuate aperture, pressurized fluid supplied to the distribution valve is supplied to the corresponding linear distribution manifold for spraying by one or more spray nozzles fluidly connected to each linear distribution manifold.
