System for maintaining conduits and pipes in a pipeline system
A system for maintaining conduits and pipes after their installation into a pipeline system used to transport material in a fluid or flowable form. The system includes a maintenance tool adopted for use inside the pipe, an umbilical attached to the maintenance tool for pulling the tool through the pipe; and a pluralities of bearings positioned around the umbilical in order to allow the tool to be pulled through the pipe around bends and turns in the pipe.
Net water outlet device
A net water outlet device includes a main body and an outlet cover plate. The outlet cover plate is disposed at one end of the main body, the other end of the main body is an inlet end. The outlet cover plate is disposed with a first outlet hole group and a second outlet hole group arranged concentrically; therein, the outlet direction of the first outlet holes are configured so that: the axis of the outlet cover plate projects to the circumference of each first outlet hole, making the axis of the outlet cover plate and the tangent line of the circumference of each first outlet hole jointly define a first plane, the outlet direction of the first outlet holes are in the first plane, forming a first intersection angle with the projection of the axis of the outlet cover plate.
Coating apparatus
A nozzle unit 22 is attached to a mounting portion 15 of a coating apparatus 10 through a support portion 21. The nozzle unit 22 can move along an arc-shaped guide portion 29 provided on the support portion 21. The guide portion 29 maintains a tip of a nozzle 31 at a center position of the arc shape and supports the nozzle unit 22 such that the nozzle unit 22 can move along the arc shape.
HEIGHT AND ROTATIONAL ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR ONE OR MORE SPRAY GUNS USED IN A LINE STRIPER
A system and method have been shown for the effective implementation of a height and rotational adjustment system for one or more spray guns for use in a line striper.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR ONE OR MORE SPRAY GUNS USED IN A LINE STRIPER
An effective implementation is shown for a height adjustment system for one or more spray guns used in a line striper.
NOZZLE ASSEMBLY WITH ARTICULATING NOZZLES
A nozzle including a plurality of moveable nozzles configured to transition between a first state in which streams produced by the nozzles combine to form a collective stream, or the appearance of a collective stream, and at least one second state in which the nozzles produce separate respective streams; and a drive mechanism configured to transition the nozzles between the first and second states.
Car wash spray devices, systems, and associated methods
A car wash spray device can include a fluid inlet to receive a pressurized fluid from a fluid source. The car wash spray device can also include a first spray nozzle, and a first pressure-sensitive valve in fluid communication with the fluid inlet and the first spray nozzle. The first pressure-sensitive valve can be configured to allow flow of the pressurized fluid therethrough at or below a first pressure. The car wash spray device can further include a second spray nozzle, and a second pressure-sensitive valve in fluid communication with the fluid inlet and the second spray nozzle. The second pressure-sensitive valve can be configured to allow flow of the pressurized fluid therethrough at or above a second pressure. Controlling a pressure of the pressurized fluid can facilitate delivery of the pressurized fluid through at least one of the first nozzle and the second nozzle.
Coating method and corresponding coating installation
A coating method for coating components, e.g. motor vehicle bodywork components in a painting installation, is provided. The coating method includes moving an application device over a component surface to be coated along a pre-determined coating path, and applying a coating medium stream onto the component surface by means of an application device. The coating medium stream is not rotationally symmetrical relative to its stream axis and therefore generates on the component surface an elongate spray pattern with a particular longitudinal direction. The method further includes rotation of the application device about the stream axis relative to the coating path during the movement of the application device so that the angular position of the longitudinal direction of the spray pattern relative to the path transverse direction changes along the coating path.
Methods for depositing an extrudable substance onto a surface
A method of depositing an extrudable substance onto a surface. The method comprises the step of delivering the extrudable substance from a cartridge to a flow-bypass assembly. The method further comprises the step of selectively controlling the flow-bypass assembly to purge air from the extrudable substance before the extrudable substance enters a delivery tube. The method further comprises the step of selectively controlling the flow-bypass assembly to deliver the extrudable substance from the flow-bypass assembly to a valve assembly via the delivery tube. The method further comprises the step of controlling flow of the extrudable substance from the valve assembly to a nozzle.
Graphical user interface (GUI) for height and rotational adjustment system for a plurality of spray guns used in a line striper
Disclosed within are various methods for adjusting height and rotation of a spray gun used in a line striper via a graphical user interface (GUI) in a control device.
