Systems and methods for inspecting and cleaning a nozzle of a dispenser
Systems and methods for inspecting and cleaning a nozzle of a dispenser are disclosed. The systems may include a platform supporting a cleaning substrate. The cleaning substrate may have a plurality of hook structures configured to remove a material from the nozzle. The systems may also include a camera configured to capture an image of the nozzle and a controller configured to control the system. The methods may include providing a cleaning substrate having a plurality of hook structures, and moving at least one of the nozzle and the cleaning substrate relative to the other to remove a material from the nozzle. The methods may also include capturing an image of the nozzle after dispensing with a camera, processing the image to generate a value, utilizing the value to determine if the nozzle should be cleaned, and if the determination is that the nozzle should be cleaned, cleaning the nozzle.

Liquid knife, liquid knife cleaning apparatus and liquid knife assembly apparatus
A liquid knife cleaning apparatus and a liquid knife are provided. The liquid knife cleaning apparatus includes: a frame configured to be arranged on the liquid knife and be capable of reciprocating in an extending direction of the knife edge; a cleaning blade configured to extend into the knife edge of the liquid knife and be capable of reciprocating inside the knife edge under the driving of the frame to clean the knife edge, the cleaning blade being arranged on the frame; and a movable mechanism configured to control the frame to reciprocate on the liquid knife in the extending direction of the knife edge, the frame being connected to the movable mechanism.
Electrostatic spray device and electrostatic spray method
An electrostatic spray device includes a liquid sprayer including a nozzle that spouts a liquid; a voltage applicator that applies a voltage between the liquid sprayer and a heteropolar portion functioning as a pole opposite a pole of the liquid sprayer to generate an electrostatic force for causing the liquid to separate from a distal end of the nozzle in a charging state; and a stabilization electrode that maintains a stable spraying state of the liquid even when a pressure is applied to the liquid to supply the nozzle with the liquid. The stabilization electrode has an electric potential identical to an electric potential of the liquid sprayer, and is disposed near the nozzle such that a jet portion formed at a front of the nozzle by a linear extension of the liquid has a length longer than a length of the jet portion before the stabilization electrode is provided.
Rubber fixing apparatus and coater
A rubber fixing apparatus and a coater are provided. The rubber fixing apparatus includes: a storing device, in which a cavity configured to receive at least one rubber and an outlet communicated with the cavity are provided; and a fixing structure provided on the storing device and outside the cavity. The rubber is moved from the cavity through the outlet in a first direction and is fixed to the fixing structure.

SELF-CLEANING WATER OUTLET DEVICE AND A SWINGING WATER OUTLET DEVICE
The present disclosure discloses a self-cleaning water outlet device, which comprises: a body, a deposit removal needle plate disposed in the body, a water outlet cover comprising a plurality of water outlet holes, and a rotatable member driven about an axial direction of the rotatable member by flowing water. An axial direction of the deposit removal needle plate and an axial direction of the water outlet cover are coaxial, and the deposit removal needle plate has a plurality of needles. The deposit removal needle plate is swingably connected with the rotatable member. When water flows into the water outlet device, the water flow drives the rotatable member to rotate, and the rotatable member drives each of the plurality of needles to swing about the axial direction of the deposit removal needle plate in a corresponding one of the plurality of water outlet holes.
Nozzle auto-cleaning device and nozzle auto-cleaning method
A nozzle auto-cleaning device and a nozzle auto-cleaning method are disclosed. The nozzle auto-cleaning device includes a base and a cleaning piece feeding unit disposed on the base, the base has a bearing surface on which the cleaning piece feeding unit is disposed, the cleaning piece feeding unit is configured to transport a cleaning piece installed inside the nozzle auto-cleaning device along a first direction intersected with the bearing surface so that a first portion of the cleaning piece is protruded in a direction away from the bearing surface and inserted into a nozzle, and the base is configured to move along at least one direction of the first direction, as well as a second direction and a third direction intersected in a plane of the bearing surface, so as to drive the first portion of the cleaning piece to move inside the nozzle.
