Systems and methods for inspecting and cleaning a nozzle of a dispenser are disclosed. The systems may include a platform supporting a cleaning substrate. The cleaning substrate may have a plurality of hook structures configured to remove a material from the nozzle. The systems may also include a camera configured to capture an image of the nozzle and a controller configured to control the system. The methods may include providing a cleaning substrate having a plurality of hook structures, and moving at least one of the nozzle and the cleaning substrate relative to the other to remove a material from the nozzle. The methods may also include capturing an image of the nozzle after dispensing with a camera, processing the image to generate a value, utilizing the value to determine if the nozzle should be cleaned, and if the determination is that the nozzle should be cleaned, cleaning the nozzle.

The powder coating booth according to the invention comprises booth walls (13-18) and a roof (30) which can be lowered between the booth walls (13-18), wherein a gap (60) is provided between the roof (30) and the booth walls (13-18). The roof (30) has compressed air nozzles (70) for spraying the booth walls (13-18). In addition, a supporting device (33-36) is provided, which supports the roof (30). In at least one of the booth walls (13 18) a vertical slot (61) is provided through which the supporting device (33-36) protrudes into the booth (1) and in which the supporting device (33-36) is movable. In addition, the booth comprises a bottom (19) with a suction (5, 6), which is connectable with the suction inlet (2.1) of a cyclone separator (2) via a suction pipe (7).

The powder coating booth according to the invention comprises booth walls (13-18) and a roof (30) which can be lowered between the booth walls (13-18), wherein a gap (60) is provided between the roof (30) and the booth walls (13-18). The roof (30) has compressed air nozzles (70) for spraying the booth walls (13-18). In addition, a supporting device (33-36) is provided, which supports the roof (30). In at least one of the booth walls (13 18) a vertical slot (61) is provided through which the supporting device (33-36) protrudes into the booth (1) and in which the supporting device (33-36) is movable. In addition, the booth comprises a bottom (19) with a suction (5, 6), which is connectable with the suction inlet (2.1) of a cyclone separator (2) via a suction pipe (7).

A blocked hole treatment apparatus and method are provided. The blocked hole treatment apparatus includes: a dredge element, a support element and a driving element, the dredge element is arranged on the support element, and the driving element is configured to drive the dredge element to rotate around the support element such that one end of the dredge element is inserted into a vent hole (the blocked hole) of the crucible.

A cleaning device for a mechanical cleaning of a gas nozzle of a protective gas welding burner, provided with a controlled, rotatably driven cleaning head having at least one co-rotating cleaning element, and with a supplying and centering apparatus for a coaxial positioning of the gas nozzle with respect to the axis of rotation of the cleaning head in the region of at least one cleaning element. The cleaning head has two cleaning arms creating a scissors-form with the cleaning arms, which are suspended in a freely swinging manner on a pivot bearing arranged transversely to the axis of rotation in the cleaning head. Respective centrifugal weights are arranged on the cleaning arms on the lower regions facing away from the gas nozzle, so that the cleaning scissors are spread apart with a rotation of the of the cleaning head.

The inventive concept includes a support unit having a plate that supports a calibration board, on which a plurality of alignment marks are displayed, a first vision unit configured such that a relative location with respect to the plate is changeable, and that photographs the calibration board, and a second vision unit that photographs the calibration board in a scheme that is different from that of the first vision unit.

Disclosed is a substrate treating apparatus. There is provided a cleaning apparatus for unclogging an irrigation emitter inlet filter by dislodging or crushing or breaking a trapped solids. In some embodiments, a ram pushes the trapped solids out of a fluid inlet of the emitter. In other embodiment, a constriction provided for retaining a particle has a changeable interior cross section. By changing the cross section of the constriction, the constriction is unclogged. In alternative embodiments the filtration member may include two rigid members moving in relation one to the other or the filtration member may be elastic. In further alternate embodiments the cleaning may be activated automatically or manually.

A precision cleaning device for cleaning and clearing a glue-dispensing needle includes a base, a supporting unit disposed on the base, a moving unit movably connected to the supporting unit, a clearing needle connected to the moving unit and facing the supporting unit, and an adjusting unit connected to the moving unit. The adjusting unit adjusts a movement of the moving unit to drive the clearing needle to move towards the glue-dispensing needle on the supporting unit, allowing the clearing needle to pass through the glue-dispensing needle to completely clean and clear the glue-dispensing needle. The cleaning device also prolongs the service life of the glue-dispensing needle.

The blocked hole treatment apparatus includes: a dredge element, a support element and a driving element, the dredge element is arranged on the support element, and the driving element is configured to drive the dredge element to rotate around the support element such that one end of the dredge element is inserted into a vent hole (the blocked hole) of the crucible.
