HYDRAULIC SPRAY NOZZLE FOR HYDROSEEDING SYSTEMS
A hydraulic spray nozzle, a hydroseeding system and a method of dispersing bulk material with a hydraulic spray nozzle. The hydraulic spray nozzle may further include one or more of an inlet, a diffuser cone, an expansion chamber, one or more interior surface vanes, a converging nozzle and an outlet that fluidly cooperate with one another in order to increase the dispersal distance of the bulk material as it exits the hydraulic spray nozzle. In one form, the hydraulic spray nozzle is incorporated into a hydroseeding system or other bulk material dispersing system in order to apply seeds, mulch, fertilizer or related bulk materials over large swaths of land.
Multi-Axis Linkage For Use With A Collapsible Boom And Agricultural Vehicle Having Same
A multi-axis linkage for use with a collapsible boom of an agricultural vehicle is disclosed. The collapsible boom includes a first boom segment having a first truss and a second boom segment having a second truss. The multi-axis linkage includes a first linear motor, a second linear motor, and a multipoint winged link. The first linear motor has a piston rod. An end of the piston rod is coupled to the first truss. The second linear motor has a second piston rod. An end of the second piston rod is coupled to the second truss. The multipoint winged link connects to the first linear motor, the second linear motor, the first boom segment, and the second boom segment.
Agricultural Vehicle Having An Application Boom With Improved Bonding Material
An agricultural vehicle includes a chassis, wheels supporting the chassis for moving the vehicle, an application system supported by the chassis and including a product tank storing a volume of agricultural product for delivery onto an agricultural field, and an application boom configured to deliver the agricultural product to the agricultural field. The application boom includes a boom arm segment having a longitudinal tube, an elongated structure coupled to the longitudinal tube, and an elastomeric bonding material affixing the longitudinal tube and the elongated structure.
SOLENOID VALVE FOR DISPENSING A FLUID AND RELATIVE SPARE PARTS KIT
Solenoid valve (1) for dispensing a fluid, in particular a fluid for agricultural use, comprising a nozzle body (2) provided with an inlet section (2a), an outlet section (2b) of the fluid and an attachment portion (2c). The solenoid valve (1) further comprises a box-shaped body (3) connected or connectable to the attachment portion (2c) and comprising a solenoid (3a) and a movable core (3b) sliding between a first operating position and a second operating position. The solenoid valve (1) further comprises a connecting body (4) comprising a fixing component (4a) and a gasket (4b) interposed between the fixing component (4a) and the nozzle body (2). The solenoid valve (1) further comprises a hollow cylindrical body (6), retained by the gasket (4b) and configured to enable fluid to pass between the inlet section (2a) and the outlet section (2b), when the core (3b) is in the first operating position, and receive in abutment the core (3b), when the core (3b) is in the second operating position, so as to prevent fluid passing between the inlet section (2a) and the outlet section (2b).
