A device for lacquer transfer with a frame, transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, and nozzle for dispensing lacquer, the nozzle connected to the frame, wherein an outside contact surface of the lateral wall includes depressions. The transfer roller is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation to the frame, the nozzle arranged for dispensing lacquer into depressions while the transfer roller is rotated. The transfer roller is configured to roll with the outside contact surface on a work surface of a work piece for transferring lacquer from the depressions to the work surface, the depressions formed and distributed over the outside contact surface in a predefined pattern having a main orientation direction. Efficiency of lacquer transfer can be increased as the pattern is arranged such that the main orientation direction extends other than perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the transfer roller.
COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A CONSTRUCTION WORK OR A CONSTRUCTION SITE
A coating system applied for coating a target coating area with a coating material is disclosed. The coating system includes a carrier device, a coating structure and a control device. The coating structure is movably arranged on the carrier device. The control device controls the coating structure and has information corresponding to the target coating area, and the control device drives the coating structure according to the information to coat the target coating area with the coating material. The present invention further provides a method of use of a coating system.

The present subject matter relates to devices, systems, and methods for applying pesticides, herbicides, and other treatment chemicals to a surface. A roller application device for use in delivery of treatment chemicals to a landscape surface includes a handle assembly having a fluid connector configured to be connected to a treatment chemical source, and a roller applicator is connected to the handle assembly but configured to rotate about an axis. The handle assembly includes a fluid dispenser configured to deliver a treatment chemical from the treatment chemical source to the roller applicator, and the roller applicator is configured to absorb the treatment chemical in an outer surface of the roller applicator and transfer the treatment chemical to a surface upon contact with the surface.
Systems for printing solder paste and other viscous materials at high resolution
Systems and methods in which dot-like portions of a material (e.g., a viscous material such as a solder paste) are printed or otherwise transferred onto an intermediate substrate at a first printing unit, the intermediate substrate having the dot-like portions of material printed thereon is transferred to a second printing unit, and the dot-like portions of material are transferred from the intermediate substrate to a final substrate at the second printing unit. Optionally, the first printing unit includes a coating system that creates a uniform layer of the material on a donor substrate, and the material is transferred in the individual dot-like portions from the donor substrate onto the intermediate substrate at the first printing unit. Each of the first and second printing units may employ a variety of printing or other transfer technologies. The system may also include material curing and imaging units to aid in the overall process.
System for applying agent to a plastic web
A system and method for applying a fragrance or malodor control agent to a plastic web is provided. The system includes a form and seal machine that is used to form and seal a plastic web and a fragrance or malodor control agent applicator that applies a fragrance or malodor control agent to the plastic web. The fragrance or malodor control agent applicator designed to apply fragrance or malodor control agent directly to a first interior surface and a second interior surface formed by folding the plastic web with the form and seal machine.

A coating device according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device for coating, with a paint, a target surface which is at least a part of a wall surface of a building, and comprises: a first movement part that can move in the vertical direction in accordance with a change in the length of a wire by driving of a winch drum; and a spraying part that can move in the left or right direction along the first movement part, and directly sprays the paint on the target surface or sprays the paint on a coating roller that rotates in contact with the target surface, such that a range from a predetermined left line to a predetermined right line of the target surface with reference to the left and right directions can be coated with the paint.
System and method of scanning and aquiring images of an environment
A system and method of scanning an environment and acquiring an image is provided. The system includes a mobile device having a camera and a first position indicator. A scanner having a light emitter and a light receiver is provided. The scanner determining coordinates of surfaces in an environment in response to emitting light with the light emitter and receiving light with the light receiver, the scanner having a second position indicator. One or more processors are provided that determine the position of the mobile computing device and transmits the data between the scanner in response to the first position indicator engaging the second position indicator.

A device for lacquer transfer includes a frame, a transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, a drive unit and a lacquer application unit. The lacquer application unit is mounted on the frame and applies lacquer to a work surface of a work piece while the device is moved in an application direction across the work surface. The drive unit drives the transfer roller in a rotation direction about an axis of rotation. An outside contact surface of the lateral wall comprises a plurality of depressions forming a predetermined structure. The transfer roller rolls with the outside contact surface on the work surface of the work piece for transferring the predetermined structure defined by the depressions in the outside contact surface to lacquer previously applied to the work surface by the lacquer application unit.

A device for lacquer transfer is disclosed having a frame, a transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, and a nozzle for dispensing lacquer. The nozzle is arranged contactless to or in direct contact with the outside contact surface of the lateral wall for dispensing lacquer into respective depressions in the lateral wall while the transfer roller is rotated about the axis of rotation. The transfer roller is configured to roll with the outside contact surface on a work surface of a work piece for transferring the lacquer from the depressions to the work surface of the work piece. The transfer roller includes a rim and a tire, wherein the rim is mounted to the frame rotatably about the axis of rotation by the first end and extends between a first end and a second end along the axis of rotation, wherein the tire is mounted on the rim and includes the lateral wall.

According to one embodiment of the invention, a coating apparatus includes a coating bar, a plurality of nozzles, a plurality of holding portions, and a detector. The coating bar is configured to face a coating target member. The plurality of nozzles are configured to supply a liquid toward the coating bar. One of the plurality of holding portions holds one of the plurality of nozzles. The one of the plurality of holding portions is configured to control a position of the one of the plurality of nozzles relative to the coating bar. The detector is configured to detect a quantity corresponding to respective positions of the plurality of nozzles with respect to the coating bar.
