In the first state, the inner lift bar is completely located inside the outer lift bar, and in the second state, the supporting surface of the inner lift bar is substantially flush with the surface having the opening of the outer lift bar.

The glue spreading roller (104) of the glue cartridge is designed so that the form of the glue spreading roller (104) prevents glue from escaping from the glue tank (101) when the glue spreading roller (104) is in place and takes glue from the glue tank (101) when the glue spreading roller (104) is rotated. A block (1360) of sheets to be bound to form a book is set in a bookbinding device (1300), and glue is spread on the spine (1362) of the block (1360) in such a way that glue is obtainable from an exchangeable glue cartridge (130) by using a receiving unit (150) for the glue cartridge (130).
Apparatus for applying a coating to the surface of cylindrical articles
The invention relates to apparatuses for treating the outside surface of cylindrical articles, and can be used for applying liquid substances to the surface of such articles. The apparatus for applying a coating additionally comprises a roller rotation actuator, a carriage and at least two arcuate brackets movably joined to the carriage. The rollers are designed to be capable of bending easily in any direction and have high torsional stiffness and low bending stiffness. One end of each roller is rotatably fastened to the carriage and is connected by a spindle to the rotation actuator. The other end of each roller is rotatably fastened to the free end of an arcuate bracket. The brackets are mounted on the carriage with a distance therebetween sufficient to accommodate the cross-section of the article to be treated. The brackets are capable of rotating towards one another in a mutually perpendicular manner and of enclosing the cross-section of the cylindrical article in a semi-circular manner. The technical result of the invention is increased efficiency, a simplified design, reduced dimensions and greater functional capabilities.
Apparatus, Systems And Methods For Applying Fluidized Materials
Apparatus, systems and methods for applying fluidized materials to surfaces are encompassed by the present disclosure. The apparatus and systems can include a movable carriage supporting an applicator mount assembly that receives a fluidized material applicator for applying a fluidized material to a surface. The applicator system can move a fluidized material applicator in a reciprocating cycle along a horizontal path and allow for the pivotal rotation of the fluidized material applicator about a vertical axis while the applicator is applying a fluidized material to a surface. An accessory applicator system also is provided that can be used in conjunction with or separate and apart from the applicator system and can be used to apply a fluidized material to a surface via a roller, brush or similar non-spray applicator. The apparatus and systems encompassed by the present disclosure can be operated remotely away from the surface to which a fluidized material is applied.

A system for manufacturing an artificial turf includes a dielectric barrier discharge device including a first electrode and a second electrode; a conveyor unit configured for moving a carrier mesh through an air gap formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the carrier mesh includes a backside, and wherein the carrier mesh includes fibers integrated such that a portion of the fibers are exposed on the backside; a control unit configured to control the dielectric barrier discharge device to apply a dielectric barrier discharge to the backside of the carrier mesh as the carrier mesh moves through the air gap for plasma-activating the backside; and a dispensing unit configured to apply a backing layer to the plasma-activated backside of the carrier mesh for providing the artificial turf.
