GLOVE COATING DEVICE
A glove coating device capable of supplying a coating layer in which pores are uniformly mixed is provided. The glove coating device includes: i) a dipping bath that is adapted to receive a coating liquid; ii) a coating liquid circulation tank installed in the dipping bath and that is spaced apart from a bottom surface of the dipping bath; iii) an impeller located in the dipping bath and that is adapted to transfer the coating liquid to the coating liquid circulation tank; iv) a motor positioned above the impeller to drive the impeller; and v) a drive shaft extending in the vertical direction to interconnect the motor and the impeller. The coating liquid circulation tank includes i) a first side opened to allow the coating liquid to be introduced; a second side formed on the opposite side of the first side and opened in a direction away from the bottom side to apply the coating liquid to overflow; and a flow passage communicating with the first side and the second side. The flow passage includes i) a first flow passage portion that is adapted to communicate with the first side and having a predetermined width that is smaller than the width of the coating liquid circulation tank, and ii) a second flow passage portion communicating with the first flow passage portion and the second side and gradually widening a width of the second flow passage portion from the first flow passage portion to the second side.
Food-coating device
The food-coating device comprises a drum, a rolling stand, and a motor. The drum may apply a breading mixture to a plurality of food items. The plurality of food items and the breading mixture may be placed within the drum. The drum may be spun by the motor to tumble the plurality of food items and the breading mixture such that the plurality of food items are coated with the breading mixture. The drum and the motor may be supported by the rolling stand. A door may pivot open to provide access to the interior of the drum. A door gasket may seal the door when the door is closed.
Food-coating device
The food-coating device comprises a drum, a rolling stand, and a motor. The drum may apply a breading mixture to a plurality of food items. The plurality of food items and the breading mixture may be placed within the drum. The drum may be spun by the motor to tumble the plurality of food items and the breading mixture such that the plurality of food items are coated with the breading mixture. The drum and the motor may be supported by the rolling stand. A door may pivot open to provide access to the interior of the drum. A door gasket may seal the door when the door is closed.
Coating of food products with a particulate coating material
The invention relates to an in-line multi-mode coating machine adapted to coat food products with a particulate coating material, the machine comprising in-line with each other and in succession: an infeed conveyor assembly, a rotary tumbling drum, an elevator device and a discharge conveyor assembly. In a drum-mode, the rotary tumbling drum is adapted to be supplied with particulate coating material and to tumble the food products and particulate coating material together. In a conveyor-mode of the coating machine the infeed conveyor assembly and the discharge conveyor assembly are arranged to adjoin each other whilst extending through the rotary tumbling drum, so that food products bypass the rotary tumbling drum and the elevator device.
Coating of food products with a particulate coating material
The invention relates to an in-line multi-mode coating machine adapted to coat food products with a particulate coating material, the machine comprising in-line with each other and in succession: an infeed conveyor assembly, a rotary tumbling drum, an elevator device and a discharge conveyor assembly. In a drum-mode, the rotary tumbling drum is adapted to be supplied with particulate coating material and to tumble the food products and particulate coating material together. In a conveyor-mode of the coating machine the infeed conveyor assembly and the discharge conveyor assembly are arranged to adjoin each other whilst extending through the rotary tumbling drum, so that food products bypass the rotary tumbling drum and the elevator device.
METHOD FOR COATING PARTS IN A DIP CENTRIFUGATION PROCESS
A coating method for coating parts in a dip-spin process is provided. The parts to be coated are dipped into a coating liquid and then centrifuged in at least one planetary basket arrangement in a planetary centrifuge. The planetary centrifuge includes a main rotor rotating about a main rotor axis of rotation and at least one planetary basket arrangement rotates about its planetary axis of rotation. Also, the planetary axis of rotation is arranged eccentrically on the main rotor. The at least one planetary basket arrangement can include a plurality of planetary baskets rotatably arranged about the planetary rotation axis of the at least one planetary basket arrangement and the planetary basket arrangement is rotated during a centrifuging operation.
METHOD FOR COATING PARTS IN A DIP CENTRIFUGATION PROCESS
A coating method for coating parts in a dip-spin process is provided. The parts to be coated are dipped into a coating liquid and then centrifuged in at least one planetary basket arrangement in a planetary centrifuge. The planetary centrifuge includes a main rotor rotating about a main rotor axis of rotation and at least one planetary basket arrangement rotates about its planetary axis of rotation. Also, the planetary axis of rotation is arranged eccentrically on the main rotor. The at least one planetary basket arrangement can include a plurality of planetary baskets rotatably arranged about the planetary rotation axis of the at least one planetary basket arrangement and the planetary basket arrangement is rotated during a centrifuging operation.
REDUCED-SCALE DRUM MOTOR ROLLER DRIVE FOR ENLARGED-SCALE DRUM COATING APPARATUS FOR FOOD PROCESS LINES
A reduced-scale drum motor roller drive is combined with a rotating enlarged-scale hard drum on the rotation axis of the hard drum. A source of electric power rotates the drum motor roller which thereby rotates the hard drum for tumbling and/or coating service in an automated and/or mechanized food process lines.
Mixing apparatus for mixing an additive with food while the food is falling
A mixing apparatus is configured to efficiently input noodles coated with an additive to a receiving tray, with no need to perform weighing again after the noodles are input to the receiving tray. The mixing apparatus includes at least two hoppers that each house falling noodles and that allows the noodles to fall through rotation of the hoppers. A supply device supplies a sauce to the noodles in the hoppers, and the two hoppers are spaced from one another in the falling direction.
IN-LINE FLAVORING GRANULAR AND POWDER CONVEYOR SYSTEM
A granular coating conveyor system for coating granular particles carried in compartments along a tubular conveyor member. Coating fluid is fed over the granular particles through radial nozzles located inside a co-axial rotating blender with tubular member upstream discharge port and tubular member downstream return ingress port for the granular particles. The blender is a drum having a helicoidal spiral screw integrally mounted to an interior peripheral wall face of the drum and extending therealong radially outwardly of the tubular member mixing in the drum in tumbling fashion the granular particles with coating fluid and guiding same therealong, so as to dynamically form a kidney shape mass of granular particles.
