A nozzle and a slot coater including the same are disclosed. A nozzle includes: a first body portion and a second body portion that are coupled to each other; a discharge portion between the first body portion and the second body portion and configured to discharge a slurry supplied from an outside onto a substrate; and an area varier inside at least one of the first body portion and the second body portion and configured to change an area of a portion in contact with the slurry discharged through the discharge portion.

There is provided a dual slot die coater that is easy to adjust a coating gap and can control a widthwise deviation of coating gap. The dual slot die coater of the present disclosure includes a plate member including a lower plate, an intermediate plate positioned on the lower plate and an upper plate positioned on the intermediate plate, wherein a lower slot is formed between the intermediate plate and the lower plate, and an upper slot is formed between the upper plate and the intermediate plate; a block provided on a rear surface of the plate member, wherein the block can be separated from or coupled to the plate member, or integrally formed with at least one plate of the plate member; a first bolt to push at least one plate of the plate member from the block as the first bolt passes through the block; and a second bolt to pull the at least one plate of the plate member toward the block as the second bolt passes through the block.

A dual-slot die coater including a first slot and a second slot for discharging a coating solution in a direction opposite to gravity, a first die block vertically installed on a rear portion of an upper surface of a base, a second die block arranged on a front surface of the first die block to form the first slot between the second die block and the first die block, and a third die block arranged on a front surface of the second die block to form the second slot between the third die block and the second die block, and further includes an alignment block provided between a front portion of the upper surface of the base and a lower surface of the second die block and fastened and coupled to the lower surface of the second die block and a lower surface of the first die block by bolts.

A coating die includes a die body and a regulation assembly. An accommodating cavity for accommodating a slurry is provided in the die body, and the die body is further provided with a coating gap communicating with the accommodating cavity and extending along a first direction. The regulation assembly includes a flow regulation member running through the die body along a second direction and capable of running into the coating gap. The regulation assembly further includes a drive mechanism, where the drive mechanism is connected to an end of the flow regulation member extending out of the die body so as to drive the flow regulation member to move along the second direction, and the drive mechanism is configured to be able to regulate displacement of the flow regulation member in the second direction according to coating weight information of a slurry flowing out of the coating gap.

The multi-slot die coater according to the present disclosure is a multi-slot die coater including a first slot and a second slot to extrude and coat a coating solution on a surface of a continuously moving substrate through at least one of the first slot or the second slot, and includes a first outer die block, an intermediate die block and a second outer die block. The multi-slot die coater includes a bolt fastened at contact surfaces between the first outer die block, the intermediate die block and the second outer die block, the bolt being at such an angle that a bolt head faces a first exit port and a second exit port.
