Choke bar slot die and slurry coating apparatus including the same
The present invention relates to a slot die with a structure in which a stripe shim and a cover shim are mounted between an upper body and a lower body, and a choke bar is inserted into a through path formed in the upper body, and an apparatus for coating an electrode slurry including the slot die. According to the present invention, by forming a space in which the choke bar can move by the cover shim, it is possible to adjust the flow rate of the slurry through the choke bar regardless of the shape of the stripe shim.

The slit nozzle cleaning device for coaters comprises a heating source, a crucible and a mixing means, the heating source is used to heat the materials in the crucible; the mixing means is used to mix the materials in the crucible. The mixing means is used to mix the materials in the crucible, thus a uniform heating environment in the crucible can be formed.

An adhesive applicator head, having a heated block (1) to which an adhesive feed (2) is connected; linked to the heated block (1) is a nozzle (4) determining an outlet for the laminar projection of the adhesive to be applied from the heated block (1), where the nozzle (4) has a body (6) and a cover (7) between which there is a space (8) leading to an adhesive outlet groove (9); with regard to the space (8), and externally, there being a plate (10) covering the groove (9), the plate (10) being displaceable between different attachment positions of the plate (10) to the nozzle (4) determining variable lengths of laminar adhesive outlet through the groove (9).
FLUID APPLICATION

In certain cases, an apparatus has a chamber arranged to receive fluid, the chamber being sealed at one or more ends by one or more respective end seals. In one case, at least one end seal is moveable along an axis of the chamber to adjust at least a volume of the chamber.

A coating die head includes a die head body, a cavity pressure adjusting block and a regulating assembly. A material cavity is arranged in the die head body, and a first wall surface of the material cavity has a through hole. The cavity pressure adjusting block is arranged in the material cavity, the cavity pressure adjusting block comprises a cavity that is located inside the cavity pressure adjusting block, the cavity pressure adjusting block is configured to change a volume with a pressure change of the cavity, one side wall surface of the cavity pressure adjusting block facing towards the first wall surface is a second wall surface, and the second wall surface is fitted with the first wall surface and surrounds a region where the through hole is located. The coating die head may be integral to a coating equipment.

The control assembly is configured to detect an actual surface density of coating on an electrode plate and control the adjustment assembly to adjust a flow area of the discharge port based on a difference between the actual surface density and a target surface density.
