The adhesive dispensing tube is configured to carry an adhesive therein. The adhesive extrusion assembly is connected with the adhesive dispensing tube, and is configured to apply a pressure to the adhesive in the adhesive dispensing tube such that the adhesive is dispensed from the adhesive dispensing tube. The driving component is configured to drive adhesive extrusion assemblies of the plurality of adhesive dispensing parts to apply the pressure to the adhesive.
Module, system and method for applying a viscous medium to a surface and method for producing the module
The invention relates to a method and to a module (I) for applying a viscous medium (19), in particular an adhesive or lacquer, to a surface (16) wherein the module (I) comprises a reservoir (2) that can be fed with the viscous medium (19), wherein the outer surface (4) of the module (I) comprises an outlet region (5) for the viscous medium (19), wherein the module (I) comprises at least one nozzle channel (6) which fluidly connects the reservoir (2) to the outlet region (5), wherein a smallest diameter (dmin) of the at least one nozzle channel (6) is smaller than 0.8 mm and wherein the module (I) does not comprise any movable parts for closing the at least one nozzle channel (6).
DISPENSING METHOD FOR DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPENSING DEVICE FOR DISPLAY PANEL
The present application provides a dispensing method for a display panel and a dispensing device for the display panel. The dispensing method for the display panel includes: scanning an outline of a position to be dispensed of the display panel to obtain a dispensing parameter of the display panel; determining whether the dispensing parameter satisfies a preset dispensing condition; dispensing glue on the display panel when the dispensing parameter satisfies the preset dispensing condition. The dispensing method for the display panel provided in the present application can monitor the display panel to be dispensed, so as to dispense glue on the display panel meeting the dispensing condition, thereby improving product yield of the display panel.
Nozzle, adhesive application head, adhesive application apparatus, and method of making diaper
A nozzle includes a pattern shim having a plurality of first slits and a plurality of second slits, an adhesive shim having a plurality of first holes, a gas shim, a head body having an adhesive outlet and an adhesive distribution groove communicating with the adhesive outlet, and a face plate. Adhesive ejection ports are formed at openings of the plurality of first slits, and gas discharge ports are formed at openings of a plurality of second slits in such a manner that the gas discharge ports are located on both sides of each of the adhesive ejection ports. The plurality of first holes communicate with the adhesive distribution groove. The plurality of first holes are formed in such a manner that distances of the first holes from the corresponding discharge ejection ports become shorter as distances of the corresponding first holes from the adhesive outlet become longer.
Electrode Slurry Coating Apparatus and Method for Forming Double Active Material Layers
The present invention relates to electrode slurry coating apparatus and method, the present invention ultimately allowing the process efficiency to be increased and rate of errors to be reduced when double-layer structured active material layers are formed by temporally adjusting the height of first and second discharge outlets through which active material is discharged.
SHOWERHEAD ASSEMBLY AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to a showerhead assembly and a substrate processing apparatus, and more particularly to a showerhead assembly and a substrate processing apparatus including a ceramic heater that heats a substrate and by which hole processing is freely performed in a relatively high temperature process.
APPRATUS FOR APPLYING ADHESIVE TO STRETCHABLE MEMBERS AND STRETCHABLE COMPOSITE SHEET
A stretchable composite sheet, wherein pleat-free regions where no pleats are formed are formed between a plurality of pleat formation regions, the sheet being made by a method, wherein non-continuous coating sections are set so as to correspond to form the plurality of pleat formation regions, and non-coating sections are set so as to correspond to form the pleat-free regions, and an intermittent coating is performed on stretchable elastic members (rubber threads). An apparatus for non-continuously and intermittently applying a hot-melt adhesive comprises an intermittent coating unit, which includes a hot-melt supply control device having a valve mechanism and a coating head having slit grooves in which coating areas are formed, and a non-continuous coating unit, which vertically vibrates rubber threads, passing through the coating areas, between a coating position and a non-coating position.
PRINT HEAD FOR THE APPLICATION OF A COATING AGENT
The disclosure relates to a print head for applying a coating agent to a component, in particular for applying a paint to a motor vehicle body component, having a nozzle plate, a nozzle in the nozzle plate for dispensing the coating agent, and a valve element movable relative to the nozzle plate for controlling the release of coating agent through the nozzle, the movable valve element closing the nozzle in a closed position, whereas the movable valve element releases the nozzle in an opened position, and having a seal for sealing the nozzle with respect to the movable valve element in the closed position of the valve element. The disclosure provides that the seal is not designed as an elastomer insert on the valve element.
PRINT HEAD FOR THE APPLICATION OF A COATING AGENT ON A COMPONENT
The disclosure concerns a printhead for applying a coating agent to a component, in particular for applying a paint to a motor vehicle body component, having at least one outlet opening for dispensing the coating agent, a coating agent supply for supplying the coating agent to the outlet opening, a movable valve element, the valve element in the closed position closes the outlet opening, whereas the valve element in the open position opens the outlet opening, and with a valve actuator for moving the valve element between the opening position and the closed position.
