Non-contact precision pneumatic injection valve
A non-contact precision pneumatic injection valve includes a cylinder, a needle disposed inside the cylinder, and an adjustable stroke limiting component. The adjustable stroke limiting component includes a thread-toothed column threadedly engaging an upper end of the cylinder; a spring-limiting column disposed inside and fixedly attached to the thread-toothed column, the spring-limiting column having a first protrusion ring; a spring column axially movably disposed inside the spring-limiting column and having a second protrusion ring, a lower end of the spring column defining a stroke of the needle; and a spring. One end of the spring fixedly engages the first protrusion ring and the other end of the spring fixedly engages the second protrusion so that the spring keeps the spring column at least partially inside the spring-limiting column. The spring biases the lower end of the spring column toward the needle.
Glue pen
An ergonomic glue pen employs a spring-loaded advancing assembly for advancing a glue stick toward a heater. When the proper temperature is reached, a trigger is depressed to dispense glue through a forward nozzle. In some embodiments, the nozzle changes color when the proper temperature is obtained. A button at the side of the glue pen is manually displaceable by the user. The glue stick is loaded at the rear of the glue pen via a one-way collet. The trigger preferably interacts with the advancing assembly via a spring-loaded ratchet mechanism.
Glue gun
A glue gun is adapted to receive a glue stick and to feed the glue stick forwardly a heater subassembly. A trigger is sequentially operated to advance the glue stick. The heater assembly transforms the glue stick into molten glue which is dispensed through a frontal nozzle of the glue gun. The glue gun has a temperature indicator. The glue gun is exteriorly ergonomically configured for facile usage.
Temperature controlled coating system for coating objects
A coating system for coating objects comprises an application device and a supply system, by means of which at least one liquid material can be fed to the application device via a flow path. A temperature control arrangement is present, by which the temperature of the at least one liquid material can be controlled in the flow path and/or the application device in at least one temperature control region.
Automotive repair systems including three-dimensional (3D) printed attachment parts and methods of use
A method of repairing a first automotive part that includes providing a connector tab and applying a fluidic thermoplastic material to the connector tab and/or the first automotive part to attach the connector tab to the first automotive part. The connector tab comprises: a retainer portion sized to attach to the first automotive part, wherein the retainer portion has a plurality of holes formed therethrough, and wherein the plurality of holes is configured to receive the fluidic thermoplastic material to secure the retainer portion to the first automotive part; and a coupler portion defining a shape corresponding to a portion of the first automotive part, the coupler portion forming a coupler, which is configured to operably engage another coupler of a second automotive part.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ABSORBENT ARTICLE
To restrain a hot-melt adhesive from deteriorating in quality. An apparatus for manufacturing an absorbent article by bonding a material with the hot-melt adhesive, the apparatus including: a melting tank to melt the hot-melt adhesive; a detection sensor detect an amount of the hot-melt adhesive in the melting tank; and a robot move the hot-melt adhesive from a container containing the hot-melt adhesive to the melting tank based on a detection result of the detection sensor.
HEATING DEVICE FOR HOT MELT GLUE GUN
The invention relates to a heating device for a hot melt glue gun, comprising a tip and a heating piece; the tip comprises a connecting portion, a tapered heating portion and a glue output portion which are connected in turn; the inner cavities of the connecting portion, the tapered heating portion and the glue output portion communicate with one another in turn; at least one straight wall parallel to the axis of the tapered heating portion is disposed on the outer wall of the tapered heating portion, and the inner wall of the heating piece fits tightly with the straight wall; the heating device for a hot melt glue gun has a rational structure and high accuracy, is conveniently assembled and tightly fitted, accelerates the melting of the glue rod, and enhances the utilization efficiency of the hot melt glue gun.
Apparatus and method for coating object by supplying droplet to surface of the object while applying active species to the droplet
A coat forming apparatus 100 includes a droplet supply unit 110 and an active species supply unit 120. The droplet supply unit 110 is adapted to spray or drop a droplet for coat forming toward an object 116. The active species supply unit 120 is adapted to supply an active species to be brought into contact with the droplet moving from the droplet supply unit 110 toward the object 116. The coating is formed on a surface of the object 116 by the droplet that has been brought into contact with the active species.
Automotive repair systems including handheld extruder
A repair system that includes a handheld device comprising a first extruder tip having an interior passageway extending between an inlet and a tip outlet, wherein the inlet is configured to receive a solid thermoplastic material and the tip outlet is configured to dispense a fluidic thermoplastic material; a nozzle surrounding the first extruder tip to form an annulus between an interior surface of the nozzle and an exterior surface of the first extruder tip; and a heater that is configured to heat the interior passageway of the first extruder tip such that the solid thermoplastic material becomes the fluidic thermoplastic material. In some embodiments, the repair system also includes a gas source in fluid communication with the annulus such that a skirt-shaped curtain of gas extends from the annulus and in a direction towards the tip outlet of the extruder tip.
Hot Melt Gun
The present application provides a hot melt gun including a housing having a cavity, a heating assembly mounted within the cavity and a connecting rod, wherein the housing is provided with a first through port; the heating assembly extends out of the housing from the first through port; and the connecting rod is a poor conductor of heat, and both ends thereof are respectively connected to the housing and the heating assembly, and the heating assembly is spaced apart from the housing. According to the hot melt gun provided by the present application, the heating assembly is spaced apart from the housing, a poor conductor of heat is selected as a connecting rod, the heating assembly is connected to the housing, the overall structure is simple and stable, the heat generated by the heating assembly during processing directly acts on the glue stick.
