MATERIAL DISPENSING SYSTEM
20250214103 · 2025-07-03 ·

A device for dispensing viscous material out of a container having a nozzle and a movable cap, which comprises a housing that is configured to accommodate the container, a cutting-pushing element that comprises a push plate, a blade having a sharp edge, and a base having a recess is provided within the housing, and a force transmitting trigger coupled to the recess in the base to force the cutting-pushing element to move forward and backward. Forcing a movement of the force transmitting trigger inserts the push plate into the container while moving the movable cap to outwardly push the viscous material through the nozzle and to force the blade to lengthwise cut the container, while releasing the force transmitting trigger allows the cutting-pushing element and the container to move backwards. The device further comprises an improvement that comprises a stabilizer positioned between the blade and the push plate to assist in a stable backward movement of the container within the housing.

A dispensing system (1) for industrial robots comprising a base (19) comprising a first end (21) and a second end (23), where the first end comprises a connecting arrangement for a syringe, a connection bracket in connection to the base plate, configured to attach the base to an articulated robot arm (3), a stepping motor (59) that is connected to the second end of the base plate, where the stepping motor comprises a central rotor (61) having a first rotational axis and at least two electromagnets arranged as a stator (63) around the central rotor, a plunger rod (49) having a first longitudinal axis and a second rotational axis and where the plunger rod is in connection to the central rotor, where a rotational movement of the central rotor maneuvers the plunger rod in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the plunger rod, wherein the plunger rod further comprises a rotational lock, where the rotational lock is in connection to the base plate ensuring that the plunger rod is rotationally static during the rotational movement of the central rotor.

Dispenser and a control method of the dispenser

A dispenser for compound-containing containers includes a receiving chamber for a container; at least one push rod displaceable relative to the receiving chamber; a motor for moving the at least one push rod; a control unit for controlling the motor; a main switch; an operation selection switch for setting a selected amount of the compound to be dispensed in one application run; and a sensor configured to detect movement of the push rod. The control unit is configured to store a missing amount of the compound when one application run is interrupted. The dispenser dispenses the missing amount of the compound when the main switch is actuated for finishing the interrupted application. If an application run gets interrupted, for example due to empty battery, the missing amount of the compound is dispensed instead of the preselected amount. This function allows the application to proceed without additional chemical or compound wastage.

Dispenser and a control method of the dispenser

A dispenser for compound-containing containers includes a receiving chamber for a container; at least one push rod displaceable relative to the receiving chamber; a motor for moving the at least one push rod; a control unit for controlling the motor; a main switch for activating the motor; an operation selection switch for switching between different operation modes; and a first sensor configured to detect a position or movement of the push rod. The operation selection switch is configured to select an amount of the compound to be dispensed in one application run. The dispenser will warn the user once the remaining amount of the compound in the container is less than the needed amount for next application, so that the user will notice the compound shortage and prepare an additional container before starting the next application. Accordingly, rework of cured chemical compounds will be avoided.
