CARTRIDGE-BASED EXTRUSION DISPENSER
A cartridge-based extrusion dispenser assembly includes a carriage configured to hold a fluid cartridge, and a flexible strip system coupled to a plunger and including a first flexible tape operably associated with a second flexible tape. Within the carriage, the first and second flexible tapes opposingly reinforce each other to establish a substantially rigid shaft member. An actuator assembly is configured to feed the first and second flexible tapes into the carriage to advance the plunger to engage the fluid cartridge and dispense fluid therefrom.
DISPENSER
A dispenser includes a housing, a push rod, and a push rod driving mechanism. The push rod is moveable relative to the housing. The housing has at least two housing parts and is configured to receive at least a portion of the push rod driving mechanism to move the push rod relative to the housing. The at least two housing parts are held together by the push rod.
Incremental on demand dispensing unit
An applicator for on demand incremental dispensing of dental compounds from interchangeable prefilled cartridges. A hand held applicator support body with a threaded drive rod, selectively advanced by a trigger activated indexing lever assembly for advancing engagement within the medication cartridge. A release and positional indicator allows for drive rod engagement and resetting therewithin.
Dripless Caulking Gun
A dripless caulking gun comprises a low friction bushing to enhance a dripless function by allowing the rod to retract more smoothly during the “dripless” phase of operation. The bushing may be changed to accommodate either a round rod or a hex shaped rod. Novel bushing designs allow rotation of the round rods but constrain the rotation of the hex shaped rods.
ELECTRIC GLUE GUN
An electric glue gun includes a housing, a glue tube holder arranged at a front end of the housing, and a push rod disposed on the housing and moveable forward and rearward relative to the glue tube holder. A control board, a main switch, an electric motor and a transmission mechanism are provided inside the housing. The main switch is electrically connected to the control board for controlling power on/off, the electric motor is electrically connected to the control board to drive the push rod to move forward or rearward via the transmission mechanism. The electric glue gun further includes a sensor switch for facilitating control of a forward/rearward movement stroke of the push rod, and the sensor switch is electrically connected to the control board, such that the control board determines whether the push rod is moved to a limit position based on information feedback from the sensor switch.
Apparatus for applying viscous material
An apparatus for applying viscous material to workpieces has at least two material outlets. A needle valve is assigned to each material outlet, the valve needle of which being able to close the respective material outlet on a valve seat. Each valve needle is assigned a cylinder, in the piston chamber of which a piston is movable by pressure applied by a fluid, and which cylinder has a piston rod for impingement on the respective valve needle, the piston rod being connected to the piston, being guided out of the piston chamber on an end face facing the valve seats and extending longitudinally. The cylinders are arranged one behind the other longitudinally and the piston rod of at least one of the cylinders is guided in a sealed manner through the piston chamber of at least one further cylinder arranged closer on the valve seats.
System and method for loading paint continuously to a paint brush
An improved system and method for loading paint continuously to a paintbrush. A substantially cylindrical container can comprise a first orifice, a second orifice, a void, a plunger, a rod, a biasing device, and a paint-dispenser. The first orifice at a front end of the container. The second orifice at a back end of the container. The void that can be within the container can be fillable with the paint. The rod can be slidably mounted within the second orifice and the ring. The biasing device can be positionable into expanded state, and extracted state. Further, wherein the biasing device can move relatively to the amount of paint that can placed within the void. The paint-dispenser can be connectable with the container through a hose, the paint dispenser can comprise a button. The button once actuated can be capable of releasing the paint to a paintbrush bristles.
Adhesive applicator
An applicator for dispensing a liquid, the applicator including: a body, a holder for holding a supply of liquid to be dispensed, a nozzle mounted on the body for dispensing the liquid, an elongate priming chamber within the body for receiving liquid from the holder, an elongate delivery chamber within the body for receiving liquid from the priming chamber, a piston assembly having a piston located in the delivery chamber and being moveable in a first direction to draw liquid from the priming chamber into the delivery chamber and in a second opposite direction for passing liquid from the delivery chamber to the nozzle, a drive arrangement capable of effecting incremental movement of the piston in the second direction for metered dispense of the liquid, and a first actuator for operating the drive arrangement for effecting the incremental movement.
Material dispenser control assembly
A control assembly for a material dispenser includes a plunger movably located within a bore of the assembly, the plunger having first and second ends, the first end having an abutment for moveably retaining the plunger within the bore and the second end for engaging a switch during operation of the material dispenser to cease operation. A biasing member located within the bore, the biasing member engaging the first end of the plunger, the biasing member allowing for the manual movement of the plunger without harm to the switch of the material dispenser during use.
