Method for injecting injection filler into concrete structure and syringe therefor
A container body including an expansion tube having a bellows-like wall surface is provided to be filled with an injection filler, the container body communicating with a base having an injection port for pressing the injection filler into a crack portion in a wall surface of concrete or the like via a bellows cap communicating with the body, and upon pressing the injection filler into the crack portion by an extrusion part from the injection port of the base, while the container body maintains a state where the injection filler is injected into the crack portion under pressure from an elastic body of the extrusion part, the injection filler remaining in the container body is manually pressed toward the injection port during a period of time when a state where the remaining injection filler is pressed in is maintained, and then the container body is removed from the base and replaced with a new container body to mount the new container body.
Head part for a cartridge and cartridge
A head part for a cartridge is provided for interacting with a dispensing device. The head part has a first receiving region for interacting with a first container and a second receiving region for interacting with a second container. The first receiving region is connected to a first channel and the second receiving region is connected to a second channel which is separated from the first channel at least in regions. A control device is arranged in at least one of the channels for controlling a volume flow of a composition guided through the corresponding channel. A cartridge for a dispensing device has such a head part.
System and Method for Loading Paint Continuously to a Paint Brush
An improved system and method for loading paint continuously to a paintbrush is described herein. A substantially cylindrical container can comprise a first orifice, a second orifice, a void, a plunger, a rod, a biasing device, and a paint-dispenser. The first orifice at a front end of the container. The second orifice at a back end of the container. The void that can be within the container can be fillable with the paint. The rod can be slidably mounted within the second orifice and the ring. The biasing device can be positionable into expanded state, and extracted state. Further, wherein the biasing device can move relatively to the amount of paint that can placed within the void. The paint-dispenser can be connectable with the container through a hose, the paint dispenser can comprise a button. The button once actuated can be capable of releasing the paint to a paintbrush bristles.
Paint Dispenser that Continuously Dispenses Paint to a Paintbrush
A paint dispenser that continuously dispenses paint to a paintbrush is described herein. In one embodiment, the paint dispenser can comprise a body and a fastening device. The body can be capable of containing paint. The body can comprise a paint tube, and a button. The paint tube can be at the front end section of the body. The paint tube can comprise an opening wherein the paint can be dispensed. The button on the body can be capable of controlling the flow of the paint from the container to a paintbrush. The fastening device can be capable of mounting the body to the paintbrush.
ASSEMBLY FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT
A fluid dispenser assembly having a fluid reservoir (R), a dispenser member (5), and a dispenser orifice (62). The fluid reservoir (R) includes a piston (42) movable in leaktight sliding contact in a slide cylinder (41) over a maximum stroke between a start position that corresponds to a substantially full state of the reservoir, and an end position that corresponds to a substantially empty state of the reservoir. The dispenser assembly has a detector (35) arranged outside the fluid reservoir (R) and acts remotely to detect a determined physical property that enters into a small detection field that covers an alert position of the piston that is closer to the end position than to the start position. The piston (42) carries the detectable determined physical property and the detector (35) delivers, in response to a detection of the physical property, at least one alert signal perceptible to a user.
Caulking gun
The present invention relates to a caulking gun for dispensing viscous material comprising a stock a cartridge keep a push rod longitudinally moveably mounted in the stock provided at its one end with a plunger which engages the piston of a cartridge placed in the cartridge keep, means for engaging the push rod to advance it, brake means hinged to the stock and provided with a clearance hole for engaging the push rod such that the push rod is moveable in a direction advancing the push rod towards the cartridge and is held in a direction retreating the push rod from the cartridge, which brake means are arranged to travel to a first position relative to the stock as the push rod advances and to a second position as the push rod retreats thereby defining the retreat of the push rod, the brake means being inclined relative to the axis of the push rod and adjusting means for varying the retreat of the push rod. In order to provide an adjustable caulking gun with at least two different levels of retreat of the push rod giving the user easily a visual feedback of the chosen retreat of the push rod, it is proposed according to the present invention that the adjusting means are configured as a rotatable wheel with a slope, the rotatable wheel being positioned on the axis of the push rod between the stock and the brake means, the distance between the highest point of the slope and the brake means defining the retreat of the push rod. This rotatable wheel allows the user to select the level of retreat of the push rod by turning the wheel between a first position with no retreat of the push rod and a second position with a maximum retreat of the push rod resulting in a anti-drip behavior of the caulking gun.
DUAL FUNCTIONALITY ENDO-INSTRUMENTS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Apparatuses and methods for extruding a dental filling material into a tooth. The extrusion is accomplished by harnessing a combination of motor power (such as from an electrical motor) and spring loaded power. This combination overcomes the shortcomings of each of these power sources. In addition, because this combination significantly reduces battery power requirements, it allows for more thermal heating, down-packing, and obturation to be performed than would otherwise be possible.
Dispensing apparatus
A discharging device simultaneously delivers at least two flowable components of a multi-component compound from different storage volumes. The discharging device includes at least two pistons which are movable along an extension direction thereof to deliver the components from the at least two storage volumes, and an advancing unit for moving the pistons along the extension direction thereof. The advancing unit has at least one energy storage element, which is provided for supplying a force for moving the pistons and at least one release element, which is provided for releasing the movement of the pistons by the at least one storage element.
This rotatable wheel allows the user to select the level of retreat of the push rod by turning the wheel between a first position with no retreat of the push rod and a second position with a maximum retreat of the push rod resulting in a anti-drip behaviour of the caulking gun.
