Mortar applicator and mortar application system having same
A mortar applicator includes: a duct having a first end and a second end; a piston movably mounted within the duct, the piston dividing the duct into first and second variable volume chambers on opposite sides of the piston; a piston actuator operatively connected to the piston, the piston actuator being operable to move the piston within the duct; a nozzle assembly located at the first end of the duct, the nozzle assembly having a tip defining a nozzle opening in fluid communication with the first variable volume chamber to discharge mortar contained therein; and a cover member selectively movable between an open position and a closed position to respectively allow and prevent mortar to be discharged through the nozzle opening; a cover member actuator operatively connected to the cover member, the cover member actuator being operable to move the cover member between the open position and the closed position.
DISPENSING SYSTEM, AND DISPENSING OUTLET
A dispensing system includes a dispensing outlet, a cartridge, a connector and a plug element arranged within the connector and at the cartridge. The connector is arranged at the cartridge and the dispensing outlet is separate from the connector and the cartridge and is lockable to the cartridge by a rotation of the connector into a position of use. A rotation of the connector into the position of use brings about an axial movement of the plug element relative to the cartridge and to the dispensing outlet.

A dispensing outlet for use in a dispensing system, the dispensing outlet including at least one of a static mixer and an IOR, with the IOR being attachable at an outer side of a housing of the static mixer such that the IOR can rotate relative to the static mixer but cannot be axially moved.

A pump container for paste includes a columnar paste tube; a cover; a piston slidably arranged inside the paste tube and in a sealing fit with an inner wall of the paste tube, where a paste spout is fixed on the cover for outputting the paste, a one-way valve is mounted at the paste spout; a one-way paste dispensing mechanism inside the paste tube at the end of the paste tube, and a paste storage chamber is formed between the piston and the one-way paste dispensing mechanism; an elastic rubber bowl located on another end of the one-way paste dispensing mechanism away from the piston, a paste dispensing chamber is formed between the elastic rubber bowl and the one-way paste dispensing mechanism, the paste spout is in communication with the paste dispensing chamber; and a button on the cover for squeezing the elastic rubber bowl.
