A paint bucket may have a funnel shaped bottom to collect paint into a recess while a powered painting system draws paint from the bucket for application to a surface. The recess may receive an intake nozzle from the powered painting system. An insert may create a funnel shaped bottom and recess in a standard flat bottomed bucket.

Hand-held articles for applying lotion to a user, including a user's back or other hard-to-reach places have a housing containing a lotion to be dispensed, and a roller, integral to the housing, that transfers the lotion to a user's body. A spring or pump mechanism pushes the lotion in the housing towards the roller.

Embodiments of the invention include apparatus and methods for coating drug coated medical devices. In an embodiment, the invention includes a coating apparatus including a coating application unit. The coating application unit can include a fluid applicator having a lengthwise axis and a width. The fluid applicator can include a tip comprising a first face across the width of the fluid applicator. The first face of the fluid applicator can be oriented at an angle of from about 15 to about 75 degrees with respect to the lengthwise axis of the fluid applicator. The fluid applicator can define a second face intersecting the first face. The coating apparatus can further include a rotation mechanism and an axial motion mechanism. There is disclosed a paint application system. The paint application system comprises an applicator for applying paint to a surface to be painted and a supply unit in fluid communication with the application and having a positive pressure source for supplying paint to the applicator and a negative pressure source for supplying a negative pressure to the applicator. Both the paint and the negative pressure are supplied to the applicator at the same time such that any excess paint present at the applicator during the application of the paint to the surface to be painted is collected by the negative pressure at the applicator and removed from the applicator.
