THICKNESS-LIMITED ELECTROSPRAY DEPOSITION
Self-limiting electrospray compositions including a non-charge-dissipative component and/or a charge-dissipative component. Self-limiting electrospray composition including a plurality of charge-dissipative components and excluding a non-charge-dissipative component. Methods for forming layers of self-limiting thickness. Methods for determining a conductivity of a material. Methods for repairing a flaw in a layer on a surface of an object.
METHOD OF PAINTING A PLASTIC WORK PIECE USING AN ELECTROSTATICALLY ISOLATED MASK
A method for painting a work piece of plastic material. The method includes applying a first coating of an electrically conductive material to the work piece and electrically grounding the first coating. The method also includes electrostatically charging a paint to render the paint conductive for statically attracting the conductive paint toward the grounded first coating of the work piece. The method also includes overlying a mask of a non-conductive material over at least a portion of the first coating of the work piece and electrically insulating the mask. The work piece is then sprayed with the conductive paint to apply a layer of paint on the first coating with the mask preventing the conductive paint from being applied on the portions of the first coating of the work piece that are covered by the mask.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELASTIC TUBULAR BODY
A method for manufacturing an elastic tubular body, comprises a first step of inserting a rod-like conductive member 2 into an elastic tubular body 1; a second step of giving a first electrical potential to the rod-like conductive member 2; and a third step of applying a coating material 31 charged to a second electrical potential to the elastic tubular body 1; wherein the rod-like conductive member 2 has a deformed cross-sectional shape in a direction vertical to an axial direction.
Efficient Infrared Absorption System for Edge Sealing Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and Other Engineered Wood Laminates Using Powder and Liquid Coatings
The present invention has to do with an efficient system for coating and curing engineered wood products (EWP) in general, and the edges of EWPs in particular. An efficient system for coating and curing coatings is provided.
ELECTROSTATIC DEPOSITION
The present design describes systems, apparatuses and methods for improving the efficiency, amount and quality of deposition of material on an object or predetermined portions of an object. The object's surface is coated with a charge by depositing a charged pretreatment material (or first material) on the surface of the object. In another embodiment, predetermined portions of the object's surface are coated with a charge by depositing a charged pretreatment material on the predetermined surfaces of the object. Then, the treatment material (or second material) is charged with an opposite-polarity charge and emitted towards the object where the treatment material exhibits a strong, opposite-polarity charged electrostatic attraction force to the first material, the object or the predetermined portions of the object. The result is an increased, consistent, improved and targeted deposition of the treatment material on the object or the predetermined portions of the object.
Preparation method for three-layer artificial blood vessel and application thereof
The present invention provides a preparation method preparation method for three-layer artificial blood vessel and application thereof. The three-layer artificial blood vessel comprise three layers, electrospinning inner layer, dense middle layer and electrospinning outer layer, the three-layer structure is closely combined and difficult to separate. The inner layer with a cytoskeleton-like structure can promote the formation of intima; the dense middle layer can effectively prevent the leakage of biomacromolecules and increase the puncture resistance of the whole artificial blood vessel; and the outer layer can promote the growth of tissue cells and better integrate with tissue. The three-layer artificial blood vessel provided by the invention has excellent blood compatibility, good flexibility, good puncture resistance and interlayer peeling resistance. The preparation method is convenient and is suitable for industrial scale production.
ELECTROSTATIC PAINTING METHOD
An electrostatic painting method includes steps of: attaching a grounded clip to an insulating workpiece; spraying water-based paint to the workpiece while moving a paint gun from a position where the painting has started in a predetermined direction to form a first band-like painting film; spraying the water-based paint to the workpiece while moving the paint gun to thereby form a second band-like painting film, in which the second band-like painting film is formed in parallel to the first painting film, and a part of the second band-like painting film overlaps the first painting film. An amount of overlap between the first and second painting films is within a range previously determined based on an influence on the water-based paint sprayed when the second painting film is formed that causes the water-based paint sprayed to be attracted to the grounded first painting film.
Thickness-limited electrospray deposition

Self-limiting electrospray composition including a plurality of charge-dissipative components and excluding a non-charge-dissipative component. Methods for forming layers of self-limiting thickness. Methods for determining a conductivity of a material. Methods for repairing a flaw in a layer on a surface of an object.
Treatment Method on a Surface of a Plastic Flowerpot
A treatment method on a surface of a plastic flowerpot includes: directly spraying an undercoat on the surface of the plastic flowerpot without pretreatment; or, during a production of the plastic flowerpot, adding a proper amount of conductive carbon black to a master batch, without pretreatment or spraying the undercoat; spraying a conductive liquid; spraying plastic powder of a required color through a high-pressure electrostatic spray gun, and thermally curing; and naturally cooling. The present invention is simple in process, low in production cost and high in production efficiency, and all processes are free of pollution and environmental-friendly and can be completed on the automatic production line, so that it is feasible to be applied to large-area and large-scale production.
