METHOD FOR PRODUCING OPTICAL COMPONENT HAVING PROCESSED PATTERN FORMED THEREON
A method of producing an optical component having a processed pattern formed thereon according to an embodiment of the invention includes: forming a resist pattern containing a water-soluble polymer on a lens substrate; forming a water-insoluble layer on the lens substrate on which the resist pattern is formed; and removing the water-insoluble layer formed on the resist pattern by removing the resist pattern with an water-based solvent to form a processed pattern.
Coating composition for pattern inversion
A coating composition for pattern inversion that fills a gap in an organic underlayer film pattern formed on a substrate to be processed by transferring a resist pattern to an underlayer and forms a flat polysiloxane film, the coating composition including a polysiloxane obtained by a reaction of an alcohol with a silanol group in a hydrolysis-condensate of a hydrolysable silane having a hydrolysable silane containing in the molecule four hydrolysable groups, in a ratio of 50% by mole to 100% by mole relative to the total amount of silanes. The hydrolysable silane is represented by Formula (1):
R.sup.1.sub.aSi(R.sup.2).sub.4-aFormula (1)
and contains 50% by mole to 100% by mole of a hydrolysable silane in which a is 0 and 0% by mole to 50% by mole of a hydrolysable silane in which a is 1 or 2. The alcohol is propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monoethyl ether, or 3-methoxybutanol.
MALTODEXTRIN-BASED PAINT BOOTH PROTECTIVE COATINGS
In various embodiments novel coatings for the protection of a paint booth are provided. In certain embodiments the coatings comprise a maltodextrin, a humectant; and pH adjuster. In certain embodiments the coatings can optionally additionally comprise a thickener, and/or a defoamer, and/or a surfactant and/or one or more preservatives. In certain embodiments the coating is a clear coating comprising a maltodextrin, a thickener (e.g., an xanthan gum thickener), a defoamer (e.g., a silicone defoamer), a surfactant (e.g., a nonionic surfactant such as an ethoxylated alcohol surfactant), a humectant (e.g., glycerine), a pH adjuster/humectant (e.g., triethanolamine), and one or more preservatives (e.g., of a combination of as 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-4-one (KATHON LX), an aqueous dipropylene glycol solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (PROXEL GXL), potassium metabisulfite, etc.).
MASK ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF AND EVAPORATION APPARATUS
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mask assembly, an installation method thereof and an evaporation apparatus. The mask assembly includes: a support frame; a mask fixed on the support frame, the mask including an active mask region and an inactive mask region surrounding the active mask region; and a first support bar fixed on the support frame. The first support bar is disposed on a side of the mask facing away from the support frame, a projection of the first support bar onto a plane where the support frame is located is overlapped with a projection of the mask onto the plane where the support frame is located by a first overlapping portion, and the first overlapping portion is located within a projection area of the inactive mask region onto the plane where the support frame is located.
MULTICOLOR FIXTURE FINISHES
A plumbing fixture having a multi-color appearance includes a first portion including a first finish having a first appearance and a second portion including a second portion having a second appearance that differs from the first appearance. The plumbing fixture further includes a transition region between the first portion and the second portion, wherein the appearance of the third region is graduated from the first appearance to the second appearance between a first end of the transition region adjacent the first portion and a second end of the transition region adjacent the second portion. The plumbing fixture has an ombre appearance as a result of the graduated transition between the first portion and the second portion.
Scratch resistant touch sensor
A method of manufacturing a scratch resistant, touch sensor comprising: (1) applying a non-polymer protective coating solution to a touch sensor; and (2) forming a cross-linked polymer structure by curing the protective coating solution.
