A gas barrier film formed of a cured product of a mixture including a polycarboxylic acid, a polyamine compound, and a polyvalent metal compound, in which in an infrared absorption spectrum of the gas barrier film, an area ratio of an amide bond represented by B/A is equal to or less than 0.380, an area ratio of a carboxylic acid represented by C/A is equal to or less than 0.150, and an area ratio of carboxylate represented by D/A is equal to or more than 0.520.
Process for obtaining a textured glass substrate coated with an antireflective coating of sol-gel type
A process for obtaining a material including a textured glass substrate coated, on at least one of its textured faces, with an antireflective coating of sol-gel type based on porous silica, includes a stage of application, to the at least one textured face of the substrate, of a solution containing at least one silica precursor and at least one pore-forming agent, then a heat treatment stage targeted at consolidating the antireflective coating. Before the application stage, the glass substrate is subjected to a preheating stage, so that the at least one textured face intended to be coated with the antireflective coating has a temperature within a range extending from 30° C. to 100° C. immediately before the application stage.
MAINTENANCE METHOD AND HEAT TREATMENT APPARATUS
Provided is a maintenance method of a heat treatment apparatus including a chamber having a box shape and provided with a heater and a receiving member that supports a cassette having a box shape including a space in which a workpiece is supported. The maintenance method includes: attaching a loading/unloading jig including a roller on an upper portion and capable of moving the roller upward and downward, to the receiving member; transmitting the cassette supported by the receiving member onto the roller by raising the loading/unloading jig; unloading the cassette to an outside of the chamber by moving the cassette on the roller; loading the cassette into the chamber by moving the cassette on the roller; transmitting the cassette to the receiving member by lowering the loading/unloading jig; and detaching the loading/unloading jig from the receiving member.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR CURING A WET COATING APPLIED TO A SUBSTRATE
Systems and processes for curing a wet coating of a coated substrate are disclosed. The system includes a ventilation system and a curing room configured to receive the coated substrate being displaced along a displacement axis and includes at least an upstream curing section and a downstream curing section. The upstream curing section includes an upstream catalytic infrared heating system for producing an upstream infrared radiation at an upstream radiation intensity to heat and partially cure the wet coating while the coated substrate is being displaced through the upstream curing section. On the other hand, the downstream curing section includes a downstream catalytic infrared heating system for producing a downstream infrared radiation at a downstream radiation intensity, being lower than the upstream radiation intensity, to further cure the wet coating while the coated substrate is being displaced through the downstream curing section for producing a cured coating.
