A method for applying an ultraviolet curable coating material and a method for producing an ultraviolet cured film include the steps of: supplying an ultraviolet curable coating material containing an ultraviolet curable acrylic monomer into a mixer under a condition of greater than or equal to 8 MPa without diluting the ultraviolet curable coating material with an organic solvent; supplying carbon dioxide with a critical pressure or more into the mixer; mixing the ultraviolet curable coating material and the carbon dioxide supplied into the mixer to form a mixed fluid; spraying the mixed fluid under a condition of a critical pressure or more of the carbon dioxide to form a coating film; and irradiating the coating film with ultraviolet rays to form an ultraviolet cured film.

METHODS FOR PRODUCING NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY AND ELECTRODE THEREOF

A negative electrode active material slurry is applied to one surface of a strip-shaped negative electrode core so as to form multiple lines of the negative electrode active material slurry, the lines extending in an X direction and being spaced from each other in a Y direction. Subsequently, while keeping the negative electrode core aloft, first hot air is blown toward the negative electrode core from at least a lower side in a vertical direction, and then, while keeping the negative electrode core aloft, first cooling air having a lower temperature than the first hot air is blown toward the negative electrode core from at least the lower side in the vertical direction so as to decrease the temperature of the negative electrode core to 40 C. or lower.

WATER-BASED COATING COMPOSITIONS AND SYSTEMS WITH IMPROVED SAG RESISTANCE AND RELATED METHODS

The present invention provides a water-based coating and/or coating system that can be used to form sag resistant wet layers or coatings on a wide range of substrates. The coating system is particularly effective for protecting metal-containing substrates, such as intermodal cargo containers, against corrosion. As an overview, the present invention provides water-based compositions suitable to form primer coats on substrates. Desirably, the primer incorporates a high level of one or more CAS agents for excellent sag resistance while drying in a broad range of relative humidity environments. Alternatively, modifications can be made to control temperature and humidity during spray application and drying as a way to increase sag resistance of the coating.

COATING METHOD OF BOARD FOR PRODUCING CONCRETE PRODUCT AND BOARD COATED BY SAME

A coating method of a board for producing a concrete product and a board coated by the same are proposed. The coating method is advantageous in that the whole surface of a board can be rapidly coated and dried to prevent surface corrosion of the board and to prevent further corrosion on a damaged surface of the board, thus improving the durability of the board and the quality of the produced concrete products. The coating method includes: removing residues existing on an outer surface of the board by blowing high-pressure air to an upper surface and a lower surface of the board for producing a concrete product; coating by spraying coating liquid to the outer surface of the board from which the residues have been removed; and drying the coating liquid by blowing high-pressure air to the outer surface of the board.
