20240131443 · 2024-04-25 ·

A trampoline module for use with a plurality of physically interconnectable marble run modules includes a connecting boss, a concave shell, and a resilient head. The connecting boss is configured to connect to a corresponding connector on at least one of the physically interconnectable marble run modules, and defines a connection direction. The concave shell is arranged at least in part above the connecting boss, and includes a perimeter rim. The resilient head is affixed to the concave shell and over the perimeter rim, such that the resilient head defines a first planar surface. The first planar surface defines a first plane having a first direction perpendicular to the first plane, wherein the first direction and the connection direction are non-parallel.

Toy vehicle track system

A toy vehicle track system of the present application includes electrical connections between the track pieces that allow a central hub, referred to herein as a portal piece, to communicate with any track pieces included in the track system. In order to ensure that the portal piece can quickly and accurately identify track configurations that are built, the toy vehicle track system implements a communications protocol that supports communications between any two pieces of track. Based on these communications, the portal piece can determine an orientation, a track type, and a position of any track pieces attached, whether directly or indirectly, to the portal piece. The portal piece can then transmit this information to an electronic device executing an application associated with the track system to allow for digital play on a digital version of the track configuration (among other digital play modes).

Control system, control method, and program

In a case where an actual object is moved by a user manipulation or by other means, physical phenomena associated with the object are addressed. A control system includes a mobile apparatus being an apparatus that moves on a sheet where images indicating coordinates are arranged and having a camera for photographing part of the sheet. The control system acquires the user manipulation, controls the mobile apparatus in such a manner as to travel according to the user manipulation (S106), detects a position of the mobile apparatus on the basis of an image photographed by the camera included in the mobile apparatus (S101), determines, on the basis of the position detection by position detection means, whether or not the mobile apparatus has moved in a manner estimated on the basis of the user manipulation (S102, S105), and performs a predetermined procedure (S103, S110, S111) in a case where it is determined that the mobile apparatus does not move in the estimated manner.

A toy track system includes a tube section having first and second ends and a length extending between the first and second ends. The tube section includes first and second halves. When joined together, the first and second halves define an interior volume through which a toy car can move. A connection module has a longitudinal coupling structure extending along the length of the connection module for engaging the first end of the tube section, holding the first and second halves together and preventing separation between the first and second halves from each other, wherein the tube section includes a bend along the length of the tube section so that the first and second ends of the tube section point towards different directions and the tube section has an arched periphery.
