SHAKER FOR GENTLE DRIVING OF PILES
The present invention is in the field of piles used for supporting buildings and the like. Piles can be used as support, for onshore or offshore structures such as tall buildings and wind turbines. The present invention is in particular suited for driving small- and mid-scale piles, which are often used in softer, non-cohesive, soils, such as sandy soils.
VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM
A vibration control system includes: a reception section configured to receive eccentric motor drive data that is included in a program for an application and is for causing vibration of an eccentric motor vibration device; a vibration device for which a resonance frequency is higher than that of the eccentric motor vibration device and whose amplitude and frequency are controllable; and a vibration data generation section configured to generate vibration data for causing vibration of the vibration device based on the received eccentric motor drive data. The vibration data generation section generates the vibration data, which indicates a second waveform having an envelope with a change trend that correlates to a change trend of an envelope of a first waveform indicated by vibration of the eccentric motor vibration device vibrated by the eccentric motor drive data, the second waveform having a higher frequency than the first waveform.
Apparatus for emptying bags containing loose material
An apparatus for emptying bags containing loose material. The apparatus comprises a cutting member for cutting the bags and a support grid including a row of rods arranged downstream of the cutting member and onto which the bags are carried once they have been cut. The rods are associated with a motovibrator designed to cause the rods to vibrate, facilitating the emptying of the bags. Furthermore, a resilient spacer is interposed between each pair of adjacent rods.
AERODYNAMIC ECCENTRIC ROTATING MASS ATTACHMENT FOR VIBRATION MOTOR
The technology introduces a new type of attachment to the shaft of a vibration motor designed to have the dual properties of eccentricity and an aerodynamic shape. This aerodynamic shape is intended to enhance the performance of the ERM-based device, improve its capabilities, or both. In this disclosure the term “performance” means current draw, noise, or controllability of the aerodynamic vibration attachment. The aerodynamic vibration attachment may have additional properties such as an embedded or otherwise incorporated shape or target that facilitates the estimation or measurement of the aerodynamic vibration attachment's angular position, angular velocity, or both, by a sensor or sensors. Alternatively, the aerodynamic vibration attachment may have additional properties such as an embedded sensor or sensors, and facilitates the estimation or measurement of the aerodynamic vibration attachment's angular position, angular velocity, or both, compared to signals obtained from external, non-rotating sensors, targets, markers or references.
ECCENTRIC VIBRATOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An apparatus that generates vibrational motion is disclosed. The apparatus includes a first mass, a second mass, a drive system, and a control system. The first mass is eccentrically mounted on, and configured to rotate about, a first shaft. The second mass is eccentrically mounted on, and configured to rotate about, a second shaft, with first and second shafts sharing a common axis. The drive system imparts rotational motion to first and second shafts, and the control system controls rotational frequencies, directions, and initial angles of the first and second masses. Linear, elliptical, or circular vibratory motion of the apparatus may be induced by controlling such rotational properties of the first and second masses. The apparatus may include a measurement device that measures angular position and/or velocity of the first and second masses. The control system may control the vibrational motion based on measurements taken by the measurement device.
Adjustable rotating weight
This disclosure is drawn systems, devices, apparatus, and/or methods related to the separation of a mixture of solids according to size and the separation of solids from liquid. Specifically, this disclosure is drawn to an adjustable weight set for use on vibratory separators. In some examples, the adjustable weight set may include a base plate rotatable about an axis and extending radially outward from the axis; a plurality of slots extending through the base plate and being disposed between a radially outward periphery of the base plate and the axis; a plurality of weights coupled to each other about the base plate; and a weight locking tab that partially surrounds the base plate that may include one or more hooks extending through a portion of a slot.
HIGH-PRODUCTION TRUSS-MOUNTED SCREED ASSEMBLY
A screed assembly includes an auger, a cylinder, and a vibratory screed. The screed assembly may be included in an undercarriage. The undercarriage may be coupled to a carriage. The carriage may travel along a length of a framework. One or more sensors may be used to determine height information of the screed assembly relative to a surface to be paved. One or more actuators may be used to selectively adjust the height of the screed assembly based on the height information.
HYPOTROCHOID ASSEMBLY FOR GENERATING VIBRATIONS IN AN EXERCISE MACHINE AND METHOD FOR USING SAME
An inner assembly and an outer assembly of a hypotrochoid apparatus with a spindle located inside the inner assembly where a spindle proximate end and a spindle distal end each employ at least one mechanical interface. An eccentric hub provides a central throughbore for receiving a spindle, where the spindle is rotatably engaged with the eccentric hub and the inner bore which enhances vibration when the spindle is rotating and the eccentric hub is engaged.
WIDE BANDWIDTH CIRCULAR FORCE GENERATOR DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Circular force generator devices (100), systems, and methods for damping vibrations which include two complementary rotor assemblies (110, 120) that are rotatable together about a common shaft (102) but that have an adjustable rotational position (P1, P2) with respect to one another such that a significant reduction in rotor inertia and bearing drag relative to conventional CFG configurations is provided. The present architecture creates virtually zero rotating moment.
FILTER STAND AGITATOR FOR BREWING, STEEPING OR INFUSING A LIQUID
Device and method embodiments discussed herein may be used to enhance a brewing process, extraction process, steeping process or infusing process. Such infusion processes may be used for making coffee, tea, oil, alcohol or any other suitable infused liquid where a user desires to enhance or control such a process.
