Injection molded screening apparatuses and methods
Screening members, screening assemblies, methods for fabricating screening members and assemblies and methods for screening materials are provided for vibratory screening machines that incorporate the use of injection molded materials. Use of injection molded screen elements provide, inter alia, for: varying screening surface configurations; fast and relatively simple screen assembly fabrication; and a combination of outstanding screen assembly mechanical and electrical properties, including toughness, wear and chemical resistance. Embodiments of the present invention use a thermoplastic injection molded material.
SCREENING DEVICE
A modular screen support deck for a screening arrangement includes a first deck side having an inward facing side and an outward facing side and a second deck side having an inward facing side and an outward facing side. The first and second deck sides extend in parallel with each other to define a deck plane. A first extension structure is connected to the first deck side and extends inwardly from the first deck side. The first extension structure includes a first connection structure and a second extension structure connected to the second deck side and extending inwardly from the second deck side. The second extension structure includes a second connection structure arranged a distance from the second deck side. The support deck includes a first cross-member with a first and second ends, the first end being connected to the first connection structure and the second end being connected to the second connection structure.

Monitoring systems and methods for screening system
Systems and methods associated with screening systems are provided. In one example implementation, a screening system has a plurality of screen panels. Each of the screen panels define a screening surface with one or more apertures configured to separate material. The system includes a panel node associated with each of the plurality of screen panels. The system includes a controller node associated with the screening system. The controller node is operable to communicate with each panel node. Each panel node can include one or more sensing elements. The panel node further comprises a communication circuit configured to wirelessly communicate information to the controller node.

Gasket for screen frame
A screen assembly for a vibrating shaker is provided. The screen assembly utilizes an elastomeric gasket having a flat profile section and a bulb profile section, wherein said bulb profile section has a hollow interior and is configured so as to form a notched profile section where said bulb profile section connects to said flat profile section.
A SCREEN MODULE AND A SCREEN COMPRISING SCREEN MODULES
A screen according to the invention comprises replaceable screen modules A screen module are detachable from the screen as well as replaceable and attachable to the screen. According to an aspect of the invention, the screen comprises a frame and one or more screen modules which are detachable from the frame of the screen, attachable to the frame of the screen, and/or replaceable.
AUGER CONVEYOR WITH REMOVABLE SCREEN ATTACHMENTS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
The present disclosure relates to an auger assembly that cleans the crop being conveyed during the auguring process. The assembly comprises a number of variously gauged rapidly removable screens that can be selected and easily installed in the assembly depending on the crop being conveyed, and the type of foreign material that is to be removed. A second auger then propels the foreign material to a waste collection port.
Method and apparatus for screening
A screening machine includes wall members, screen assembly guide members, a screen assembly and a compression assembly. The screen assembly includes a frame with a plurality of side members and a screen supported by the frame. The compression assembly is attached to at least one wall member and forms the screen assembly into a concave shape.
Lining arrangement, and a method for fastening lining elements to a support structure
The disclosure relates to a lining arrangement for wear protection comprising: at least one lining element arranged to be fastened to a support structure; and at least one device, the device comprising: a first element adapted to be received in a through hole of said at least one lining element or a through hole created by adjacent lining elements, the first element having an axially arranged opening; a second element for engagement with the first element, such that the at least one lining element is attached to the support structure upon interconnection between the first element and the second element, and wherein an outer periphery of the second element comprises a plurality of grooves for engagement with a handling tool. The disclosure further relates to a method for fastening lining elements to a support structure.
