Screen plate for a separating device for classifying bulk material
A screen plate for a separating device for classifying bulk material along with separating device having at least one screen plate therein classifying bulk material.
INJECTION MOLDED SCREENING APPARATUSES AND METHODS
Screening members, screening assemblies, methods for fabricating screening members and assemblies and methods for screening materials are provided for vibratory screening machines that incorporate the use of injection molded materials. Use of injection molded screen elements provide, inter alia, for: varying screening surface configurations; fast and relatively simple screen assembly fabrication; and a combination of outstanding screen assembly mechanical and electrical properties, including toughness, wear and chemical resistance. Embodiments of the present invention use a thermoplastic injection molded material.
COLLECTING DRILLING MICROCHIPS
Multiple wires run parallel to one another. Each of wires is spaced apart from each adjacent wire at a distance less than a width of an encased microchip. Each of the plurality of wires includes a plurality of straight segments in a plane and bent segments that connect two of the plurality of straight segments. For each of the wires, each bent segments includes a first end, a second end, and a curved portion curved away from the plane. The first end is connected to at least one of the straight segments and separated from the second end a distance greater than the width of the encased microchip. The curved portion includes a diameter greater than the width of the encased microchip.

Ore separation wheel
Disclosed is a material separation apparatus with a circular ore separation wheel and a number of projected spiral portions, tilted towards a central hole, provided on a concave shaped interior surface. A pair of adjacent projected spiral portions forms less than 90 degree angle to create a negative draft for an upward movement of the heavy materials during rotation of the circular ore separation wheel. The central hole of the circular ore separation wheel is attached with a central hub to rotate the circular ore separation wheel to trap the collected heavy materials in between the adjacent projected spiral portions. The circular ore separation wheel is kept in a tilted position, forming a predetermined tilting angle with the vertical, is rotated at a predetermined speed to help the created negative draft to separate the heavy material(s) from a mixture of heavy and light materials fed into the circular ore separation wheel.

Profiled strainer bar and strainer made of profiled strainer bars
A profiled strainer bar has a base region and a head region. A straining slot or a straining gap is produced between flanks of the straining slot at the head region. Each flank at the head region has a radius with a common center on the upstream and downstream side. A strainer, preferably in the shape of a strainer basket, has straining slots or straining gaps formed between profiled strainer bars. The strainer bars have a geometry at the strainer bar base region with the geometry being adapted to receiving recesses of support elements and being received in the receiving recesses. The strainer bars are permanently secured to the receiving recesses. The strainer bars are profiled such that each flank on the head region of the strainer bar has a radius with a common center on the upstream and downstream side.
