The powder reclamation system includes a support structure; a filter housing movable relative to the support structure, the filter housing defining an inlet and an outlet; a raw reclaimed powder hopper in communication with the inlet of the filter housing; a first reclamation passageway in communication with the raw reclaimed powder hopper and configured to be in communication with a first metal powder processing device to recover a first unused portion of a first powder from the first metal powder processing device to the raw reclaimed powder hopper; and a second reclamation passageway in communication with the raw reclaimed powder hopper and configured to be in communication with a second metal powder processing device to recover a second unused portion of a second powder from the second metal powder processing device to the raw reclaimed powder hopper.

Method and Device for Classifying Superabsorbent Particles
A method for the classification of superabsorber particles is disclosed, in which the superabsorber particles are put onto a top screen deck of a screening machine having at least two screen decks with a different hole size, the superabsorber particles which are smaller than the holes of the respective screen deck respectively falling through the holes and the superabsorber particles remaining on the screen deck being removed via an extraction point. Balls are positioned on each perforated plate, which balls are propelled upward by the movement of the perforated plate and strike from below the screen deck respectively lying above, wherein the balls have a stiffness in the range from 40 to 100 N/mm and a damping in the range from 1 to 4%. A machine for carrying out the method also is disclosed.

The invention relates to a device for continuously sorting a particulate stream, comprising: a) a conveyor (1) for conveying the particulate stream to a separation device, b) a sieve (7) for separating the particulate stream according to size, characterized in that it further comprises c) a per-sieve (3) comprising elongated sieve openings located between the convey or outlet and the sieve d) and a mechanical impact device for providing mechanical impacts to the pre-sieve (3). The pre-sieve allows to separate elongated objects like threads or wires form the particulate stream which would otherwise clog or block subsequent separation devices including the sieve.
