Cleaning system for a centrifugal dryer
A centrifugal dryer includes a housing and a basket positioned within the housing. The basket defines an opening formed laterally there through. The basket rotates around a central longitudinal axis through the housing. An annulus is formed between the basket and the housing. A cleaning device is positioned within the annulus, and the cleaning device introduces a liquid into the annulus. A scraping device is positioned within the annulus, and the scraping device rotates to remove cuttings from at least one surface.

Device for separating particle fragments from said particles
A device for separating broken fragments of particles from the particles, comprising a floor arranged such that it receives the particles and the broken fragments, connected to a vibration device arranged such that it makes the floor undergo a vibratory movement, the floor being pierced with orifices to allow the broken fragments to pass through the orifices without allowing the particles to pass therethrough, and a ceiling arranged substantially parallel to the floor. The device further comprises an actuator arranged so as to move the ceiling between a first position in which it is located at a distance from the floor and a second position in which it is in contact with the floor such that the broken particle fragments stuck in the orifices are expelled therefrom.

AIR-WASH POWDER SIEVING APPARATUS FOR POWDER COATING SYSTEM
The present invention provides an air-wash powder sieving apparatus for a powder coating system having a powder spray gun, a powder suction pump assembly, and a powder container/hopper. The said sieving apparatus includes a housing, a sieving section and at least one air jet section adapted within the housing, for directing compressed air on the sieve. The compressed air impinged by the air jets onto the sieving mesh not only skims and washes the sieving mesh and keeps it de-clogged but also acts as a secondary air of the powder suction pump.
Method and apparatus for separating drill cuttings from drill mud
An apparatus for separating particles, such as drill cuttings, from a flowable substance, such as drilling mud, is provided. The apparatus comprises an inlet for entry of particles combined with the flowable substance; an outlet for exit of particles separated from the flowable substance; a movable screen located between the inlet and the outlet; and a wash unit for delivering a wash agent to the particles. The screen allows for passage of the flowable substance therethrough, and defines a path for passage of the particles between the inlet and the outlet. Delivery of the wash agent to the particles assists with separation of the particles from the flowable substance. Associated systems and methods are also provided.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING DAMAGE TO A SHAKER TABLE SCREEN USING COMPUTER VISION
A system for cleaning, repairing, and/or replacing damaged shaker screens is disclosed. The system may comprise a shale shaker with a replaceable shaker screen, at least one camera, and a computer processor. The camera is positioned to capture images of the shale shaker screen and the processor is capable of receiving said images from the camera. The processor is configured to analyze the images and detect damaged regions of the shale shaker screen. The processor is also configured to determine when a screen is damaged above a predefined threshold. Certain embodiments allow for the automatic cleaning, repair, and/or replacement of the shaker screen.
