Automated Feeding, Sorting, and Packaging System for a Farm with Robots Working on Plants
An automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system includes a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt adjacent to the first conveyor belt. The second conveyor belt moves slightly faster than the first conveyor belt. A rotating size separation tool has slits or pockets, and is located between the first and second conveyor belt. The automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system also includes a backlit conveyor belt. A vision guided robot is arranged adjacent to the backlit conveyor belt. The vision guided robot is provided with a robotic gripper and a vision sensor. At least one scales is arranged adjacent to the vision guided robot. An arrangement of temporary storage bins is arranged adjacent to the vision guided robot. The automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system also includes a container handling system. A computer-based control system is connected to the vision guided robot and to the at least one scales.
Singulating system for parcels
A singulating system for parcels comprises: an inner wall; a first section comprised of a series of driven rollers, which are skewed relative to a longitudinal direction of travel, so that the parcels are conveyed not only in the longitudinal direction of travel, but also toward the inner wall; a second section for receiving the parcels from the first section, and then identifying and moving parcels in a side-by-side arrangement and/or parcels with an irregular shape; and a third section for receiving the parcels from the second section. In some embodiments, the singulating system also includes a visioning subsystem, including a camera for acquiring image data of the parcels as the parcels move toward or into the second section, and a computer to receive and analyze the image data from the camera to identify parcels in a side-by-side arrangement and/or parcels with an irregular shape.
SORTING BASED ON CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
Systems and methods for classifying and sorting materials in order to produce a collection of materials that are composed of a particular chemical composition in the aggregate. The system may utilize a vision system and one or more sensor systems, which may implement a machine learning system in order to identify or classify each of the materials. The sorting is then performed as a function of the classifications.
OPTICAL INSPECTION MACHINE FOR THE QUALITY CONTROL OF PARTS
An optical inspection machine for the quality control of parts, in particular gaskets, comprises a rotary table on which parts to be inspected are placed and, above the rotary table, at least one viewing unit for inspecting one or more outer and/or inner surfaces of a part, a first part ejection station that is activatable to eject a part from the rotary table to a first external conveyor for compliant parts, and a second part ejection station that is activatable to eject a part from the rotary table to a second external conveyor for rejected parts. The viewing unit and part ejection stations are positioned on the rotary table with an angular distance between them, and are connected to a central mounting member that is coaxial to the axis of the rotary table and is movable vertically in relation to the rotary table.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING GLASS-CERAMIC MATERIAL
An automated system for detecting glass-ceramic materials among a cullet, includes at least one white light source and at least one monochromatic ultraviolet light source, each being oriented to emit in the same emission region. The system includes an image acquisition device configured to acquire an image of the emission region and an image processing device configured to process each of the images acquired by the image acquisition device, the image processing device including a colorimetric image processing module configured to ensure the detection of the glass-ceramic material among othertypes of glass.
METHODS, APPARATUSES, AND SYSTEMS FOR AUTOMATICALLY PERFORMING SORTING OPERATIONS
Apparatuses, method and computer program products for automatically performing sorting operations are disclosed herein. An example apparatus may comprise: an array of gripping elements, and at least one processing component configured to: obtain image data corresponding with the plurality of items; identify, from the image data, one or more characteristics of the plurality of items; determine, based at least in part on the one or more characteristics, an ordered sequence corresponding with the plurality of items; and generate a control indication to cause at least one of the gripping elements to perform the sorting operations based at least in part on the ordered sequence.
System and method for detecting a cover with an abnormal condition
This invention discloses a system and method for detecting a cover with an abnormal condition. The system includes a transport track for defining a sliding direction of at least one cover with a detection surface. The transport track has a detection area and a cover removal area, and includes a pair of bottom rails and a pair of side rails. The pair of bottom rails support the cover at an inclination angle so that the cover slides on the pair of bottom rails. The cover is located between the pair of side rails, and the sliding direction of the cover is defined by the pair of side rails. The detection area is used for detecting the detection surface of the cover, and the cover removal area has an outlet for removing a cover with an abnormal condition determined based on a detection result of the detection surface thereof.
MULTIPLE STAGE SORTING
