DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY DRY CLEANING REFLECTIVE PANELS
A parasitic cleaning system for cleaning the reflective surfaces of a heliostat is disclosed. The system includes a blade carriage assembly that cleans the surface by imparting a frictional force as the carriage assembly moves across the surface to be cleaned. A cleaner drive system controls the motion of the blade carriage assembly over the surface. A guide system connects the cleaner drive system to the blade carriage assembly. The cleaner drive system applies a spring force to move the blade carriage assembly upwardly. The same spring system controls the lowering of the blade assembly over the surface to be cleaned.
ADJUSTABLE MARINE DRIVE SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATIC CLEANING
A drive system for a marine vessel including a first housing fixed to an opening in a hull of the marine vessel, and a drive unit arranged inside the first housing. The drive unit is provided with a second housing comprising an electric or combustion drive motor and a marine propulsion system attached to the second housing. The drive system is provided with a parking position in which the marine propulsion system is positioned inside the first housing, a drive position in which the marine propulsion system is positioned outside of the first housing and an intermediate position in which the marine propulsion system is positioned between the parking position and the drive position.
AIR NOZZLES WITH BRISTLES AND SCRAPERS
An air nozzle comprises a body, the body having a first end for coupling to an air gun, and a second end having bristles, the body having a channel therethrough allowing air (or other fluids) to pass therethrough. In one example, a scraper may be coupled to the second end in place of bristles. A user may then easily clean a surface using the bristles, scraper, and air or water.
BATTERY CLEANING DEVICE
A battery cleaning device, including a main body, including a first section comprising a first tapered end to remove corrosion around a post of a vehicle battery in response to being move around the post, and a second section movably connected to at least a portion of the first section, the second section comprising a second tapered end to remove the corrosion around the post of the vehicle battery in response to being moved around the post, and a spring disposed between the first section and the second section to bias the first tapered end toward the second tapered end.
MULTI-AXIS VARIABLE-SPEED HOT WASHING MODULE AND HOT WASHING METHOD THEREOF
A multi-axis variable-speed hot washing module and a hot washing method thereof are provided. The multi-axis variable-speed hot washing module includes a storage assembly, a dehydration assembly, and one or more multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machines, where the multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine is connected to the storage assembly and the dehydration assembly. Batches of materials are stored in the storage assembly. When cleaning, the materials are put from the storage assembly into one or more multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machines, and medicinal water is added. The multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine replaces functions of a hot washing machine, a screw, and a friction machine, and has relatively large mechanical friction on the materials during cleaning. The materials after being hot washed by the multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine are transported to the dehydration assembly for dehydration, so as to implement separation of cleaning water and the materials.
Cleaning apparatus for a mechanical cleaning of a gas nozzle of a protective gas welding burner
A cleaning device for a mechanical cleaning of a gas nozzle of a protective gas welding burner, provided with a controlled, rotatably driven cleaning head having at least one co-rotating cleaning element, and with a supplying and centering apparatus for a coaxial positioning of the gas nozzle with respect to the axis of rotation of the cleaning head in the region of at least one cleaning element. The cleaning head has two cleaning arms creating a scissors-form with the cleaning arms, which are suspended in a freely swinging manner on a pivot bearing arranged transversely to the axis of rotation in the cleaning head. Respective centrifugal weights are arranged on the cleaning arms on the lower regions facing away from the gas nozzle, so that the cleaning scissors are spread apart with a rotation of the of the cleaning head.
Scraper blades
A scraper blade for a frozen dessert machine includes a blade body extending from a first end to a second end. The blade body includes a cutting edge on a first side of the blade body facing a scraping direction. A biasing projection extends from a second side of the blade body in a direction opposite the scraping direction of the cutting edge. A frozen product machine includes a freezing cylinder defining a longitudinal axis and a rotating beater assembly within the freezing cylinder. The rotating beater assembly includes a beater body and a scraper blade as described above. The scraper blade is operatively connected to the beater body. The biasing projection of the scraper blade biases the cutting edge against an inner diameter surface of the freezing cylinder.
Heated belt scraper bar apparatus
A heated scraper bar assembly for a conveyor belt system having a reservoir configured to retain a liquid. A heating element is configured to heat the liquid in the reservoir. A scraping system is affixed to the reservoir and in thermal communication with the liquid. The scraping system increases in temperature through the thermal communication with the heated liquid to prohibit frozen process materials from sticking to the scraping system. The scraper bar assembly is useful for removing frozen debris from an active conveyor belt system.
CLEANING DEVICE FOR NOZZLE
The present disclosure provides a cleaning device for nozzle, which includes: a base seat and a plurality of scrape components defined on the base seat, the scrape components are arranged in a straight line, a rear end of each of the scrape components form a notch, the notches match with the nozzle, the nozzle passes through the notches of all the scrape components in sequence and contracts with all the scrape components when the nozzle is scraped, to scrape the residue photoresist away from the nozzle by scraping the nozzle multiple times.
Valve With Reinforcement Ports And Manually Removable Scrubber
There is provided an irrigation valve with embedded rings for reinforcement of valve ports. The valve has a valve body and threaded flow paths, the flow paths including an outlet and an inlet on opposite sides of the valve body. Irrigation piping is attached to the inlet and to the outlet. The reinforcement rings at the inlet and the outlet prevent fracturing of the valve body and/or piping due to overtightening of the piping. Further provided is a scrubber for an irrigation valve. The scrubber and frees debris on a filter. The scrubber may be manually extracted for maintenance or replacement without the need for mechanical tools.
