Maintaining a solar power module
A solar power system includes a plurality of solar power cells mounted on a spherical frame; a hemispherical reservoir mounted to the spherical frame to enclose at least a portion of the spherical frame such that a gap is defined between the spherical frame and an interior surface of the reservoir, the reservoir configured to hold a fluid that includes a solar cell cleaning solution; and at least one actuator mounted to the spherical frame and operable to rotate a portion of the spherical frame that supports the plurality of solar power cells through the gap.
FLOWBACK TANK CLEANING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A flowback tank cleaning system and method is described. A flowback tank includes a self-cleaning system. A flowback tank cleaning method may include moving solid debris collected at a bottom of a collection section of a flowback tank towards a lift auger using a cleaning auger or a conveyer belt extending along a length of the collection section, the bottom of the collection section including an angled trough, funneling solid debris towards the cleaning auger or conveyor belt by placing the cleaning auger or conveyor belt at a base of the angled trough, spraying fluid downward through a series of fluid outlets, removing the sand so moved by the cleaning auger or conveyer belt from the flowback tank using the lift auger, and removing the fluid from the flowback tank using a drain manifold below the cleaning auger or conveyer belt.
PAINTING PLANTS WITH OVERSPRAY REMOVAL SYSTEMS
A painting plant may include: a painting booth; at least one overspray removal unit; a cleaning unit; and a conveyor. The painting plant may be further configured so that an air stream, when exiting the painting booth, passes through the at least one overspray removal unit. The at least one overspray removal unit may include a purification chamber configured to contain cleaning elements. The purification chamber may include an inlet for the air stream with the overspray, an outlet for the air stream after the air stream has passed through at least part of the cleaning elements, and a discharge outlet. The discharge outlet may be configured to discharge at least a portion of the cleaning elements from the purification chamber to the cleaning unit. The conveyor may be configured to transport at least a portion of the cleaning elements from the cleaning unit back to the purification chamber.
Material washing apparatus
A washing apparatus comprises a tank in which rotatable, bladed shafts are located. The tank has a closable lower outlet located at a first end of the tank, and an upper outlet located at the first end of the tank, the upper outlet being higher than the lower outlet. A further outlet is located at a second end or between the first and second ends. The tank is disposed at an inclined angle such that the first end of the tank is lower than the second end of the tank, and is movable between a first inclined state in which the inclined angle is relatively shallow, and a second inclined state in which the inclined angle is relatively steep. The apparatus is able to perform the tasks of either a log washer or coarse material washer depending on the angle of inclination.
RICE WASHER
A rice washer includes a charging part into which milled rice is charged; a pressurized-stirring part which is provided at a rear-stage of the charging part and stirs and sequentially feeds the milled rice charged from the charging part under pressure; and a rinsing and stirring part which is provided at a rear-stage of the pressurized-stirring part and rinses the milled rice sent from the pressurized-stirring part while stirring.
Composition for cleaning disarticulated skeletons
The composition for cleaning disarticulated skeletons is a mixture of ammonia, hydrogen peroxide and water. The composition may further include ozone continuously pumped into the mixture while soaking the skeleton. The skeleton may initially be soaked in a composition having 7% ammonia by volume and 8-10% hydrogen peroxide by volume, the balance being water, e.g., for a period of ten days. The composition may be maintained at 20 C. and ozone may be continuously pumped during the ten-day period. If any grease remains, the bones may be soaked again, e.g., in a composition having 3% ammonia and 3% hydrogen peroxide for an additional seven days, again with continuous pumping of ozone at a rate of 200 mg/hr into the mixture, followed by rinsing with water and drying.
Apparatus for filling containers in a sterile environment
The present invention relates to an apparatus (10) for filling containers in a sterile environment, comprising a filling unit (40) configured to fill containers with sterilized liquids or powders in a sterile environment comprising interchangeable parts characteristic of each production run; a washer sterilizer (20) configured to wash, sterilize, decontaminate, dry in one single process said interchangeable parts of the filling unit (40) before each run for filling the unit (40). The washer sterilizer (20) is directly coupled to the filling unit (40) and is configured to aseptically transfer the interchangeable parts directly to the filling unit (40).
IMMERSION/SPRAY RINSE SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USE
Provided herein are systems, methods and apparatuses for an immersion and spray rinsing system comprising a tank with improved cleanliness of the parts between immersion and spray.
SHORT-TERM WASH TREATMENT OF PRODUCE
A produce wash system is provided. The produce wash system includes a produce line with a short-term wash device followed by a wash device, a short-term wash treatment that is applied by the short-term wash device to a product, wherein the short-term wash treatment remains on the product for a pretreatment time that lasts until the product reaches the wash device, and a wash treatment that is applied by the wash device to the product, wherein the wash treatment rinses the short-term wash treatment from the product defining the end of the pretreatment time. The pretreatment time is set at or below a damage threshold time beyond which the short-term wash treatment damages the product beyond a damage threshold.
LIQUID BLADE
The disclosure provides a liquid blade, the liquid blade includes water inlets, a water outlet and a waste storage groove, the water outlet is communicated with an upper section of the waste storage groove. Liquid enters the waste storage groove through the water inlets and draining through the water outlet. The liquid blade provided by the disclosure collects residue by the waste storage groove to prevent clogging of the water outlet of the liquid blade.
