SHOELACE CLEANING DEVICE
A shoelace cleaning device for containing at least one shoelace during the washing thereof. The device includes at least one perforated containment shell and central hub. In some example embodiments, the shoelace cleaning device can function as a shoe tree or shoe shaping/structuring device. A shoe cleaning device is also disclosed.
Sieving apparatuses for pupae separation
A male population of mosquito pupae sorted according to a sorting method is described. The sorting method may include adding a mixed population of mosquito pupae into an interior volume of a sieving container including base defining a set of openings enabling movement of mosquito pupae from the interior volume through the set of openings. The mixed population of mosquito pupae may include male mosquito pupae and female mosquito pupae. The method may also include adding a volume of aqueous solution to the interior volume. The method may also include removing a portion of the male pupae from the mixed population of mosquito pupae to by performing a sieving action that causes the portion of the male pupae and a portion of the volume of water to pass from the interior volume through the set of openings. The method may also include capturing the portion of the male pupae as the male population of mosquito pupae after the portion of the male pupae has passed through the set of openings.
Immersion systems and methods for washing and performing other tasks
Systems and methods for washing and thawing objects, such as vegetables and fruits, where large amounts of lifting of heavy items is minimized, complex and expensive pumping and manifold systems and structures are not required; and system cost and daily maintenance is reduced. The system includes a structure for holding a volume of fluid, a vertical motion structure driven by an electric motor or the like that raises and lowers a basket carrier between an elevated position and a lowered position. In the lowered position, one or more baskets are positioned on a basket carrier and are repeatedly lowered into and raised from the volume of fluid.
Cleaning apparatus
A cleaning apparatus for cleaning of medical machine components of machines such as CPAP machines, nebulizers, PEEP machines, and the like is disclosed herein. The cleaning apparatus comprises a container body. A carousel is configured for placement within the container body. The carousel comprises a support structure. The carousel further comprises a helical ramp attached to the support structure and extending helically from an operative top end of the support structure to an operative bottom end of the support structure along a periphery of the support structure.
Cleaning apparatuses and devices for applying cleaning fluid to substrates
Exemplary embodiments of cleaning buckets are shown and described herein. An exemplary cleaning bucket includes a housing that has a cleaning solution reservoir, a dirty water reservoir and an insert for inserting into the housing. The housing has a first surface. The first surface covers the cleaning solution reservoir. The first surface is configured to allow water to flow into the dirty water reservoir through one or more openings allowing fluid to flow into the dirty water reservoir. The insert further includes a cleaning solution dispensing member located on the first surface, a pump for drawing cleaning solution out of the cleaning solution reservoir; and an activation device for causing the pump to pump fluid from the cleaning solution reservoir to the cleaning solution dispensing member.
Basket for carrying a contact lens during its treatment in a bath
An embodiment of the invention is a basket for holding contact lenses. The basket comprises a first basket and a second basket mating members, each basket member includes a basket wall defining a first cavity, a planar flange extending out around the first cavity, a plurality of spaced fingers extending upward circumferentially from the periphery of the cavity, wherein the first basket and second basket mating members having a same structure, wherein the first basket and second basket mating members forming a second cavity when mated for receiving said contact lens, the cavity inhibiting inversion or rolling over of said contact lens when emplaced therein. A tray that comprises a plurality of baskets is another embodiment of the invention. In addition, the invention provides a stack assembly that comprises a plurality of trays each of which comprises a plurality of baskets.
Vegetable washing method capable of separating and splitting impurities, and machine for implementing same
A method for cleaning fruit and vegetable ingredients is provided, in which the washing basket assembly agitates the water in the washing barrel to rotate upward to achieve the cleaning of fruit and vegetable. During the process of “cyclic cleaning in the barrel”, the drainage outlet in the center of the bottom of the washing barrel is closed to prevent the water from flowing out of the barrel cavity; when the drainage outlet in the center of the bottom of the washing barrel is opened and drained, the water body rotates to form eddy current drainage; fruits and vegetables in the washing basket alternately move centripetally and centrifugally. The number of exercises is proportional to the number of washes.
USED PAPER DIAPER PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A processing liquid is generated by mixing a chemical and water in a processing liquid generation region disposed below an inner tank. By further supplying water to raise a water level, the processing liquid is supplied from below the inner tank. This prevents a used paper diaper from coming into contact with water containing no chemical.
CLEANING APPARATUS

Conservation system and method for cleaning produce through mist immersion in an atomized aqueous medium
A conservation system and method for cleaning produce through mist immersion in an atomized aqueous medium. The system and method provides a tank for receiving the produce to soak and rinse an aqueous cleaning medium, so as to remove and dissolve residues and contaminants from rough or smooth surfaces of the produce. While cleaning the produce, the system and method is effective for conservation of water, liquids or other mediums, by not fully soaking the produce in a medium, but rather by uniformly immersing the produce in tiny droplets of atomized aqueous medium for a predetermined duration. After this droplet immersion, the produce is then rinsed and ready for consumption. The tank provides an air nozzle for aerating aqueous medium and an ultrasonic device for atomizing aqueous medium between 1 μm and 15 μm. The produce is supported on a basket while being soaked in the aerated and atomized aqueous medium.
