CLEANING APPARATUSES AND DEVICES FOR APPLYING CLEANING FLUID TO SUBSTRATES
20200101499 · 2020-04-02 ·

Exemplary embodiments of cleaning buckets are shown and described herein. An exemplary cleaning bucket includes a housing that has a cleaning solution reservoir, a dirty water reservoir and an insert for inserting into the housing. The housing has a first surface. The first surface covers the cleaning solution reservoir. The first surface is configured to allow water to flow into the dirty water reservoir through one or more openings allowing fluid to flow into the dirty water reservoir. The insert further includes a cleaning solution dispensing member located on the first surface, a pump for drawing cleaning solution out of the cleaning solution reservoir; and an activation device for causing the pump to pump fluid from the cleaning solution reservoir to the cleaning solution dispensing member.

Process and apparatus for performing buoyant forced oscillatory cleaning

An open top tank assembly and process for performing forced immersion oscillatory cleaning of products, parts, assemblies or other materials with or without non-line of sight (NLOS) features, wherein the process is repeated during application of pressure gradients to the fluid in the tank to develop a consistent rhythmic oscillation that creates movement of product in a center cavity of the tank to repeatedly transfer the fluid through the product to clean the product.

VEGETABLE WASHING METHOD CAPABLE OF SEPARATING AND SPLITTING IMPURITIES, AND MACHINE FOR IMPLEMENTING SAME

A method for cleaning fruit and vegetable ingredients is provided, in which the washing basket assembly agitates the water in the washing barrel to rotate upward to achieve the cleaning of fruit and vegetable. During the process of cyclic cleaning in the barrel, the drainage outlet in the center of the bottom of the washing barrel is closed to prevent the water from flowing out of the barrel cavity; when the drainage outlet in the center of the bottom of the washing barrel is opened and drained, the water body rotates to form eddy current drainage; fruits and vegetables in the washing basket alternately move centripetally and centrifugally. The number of exercises is proportional to the number of washes.

Sieving techniques for pupae separation

A sieving method for separating insect pupae is described. The method may include causing an actuation system of a sieving apparatus to cycle between a first elevation and a second elevation to cyclically submerge a sieve surface of a sieving device in a liquid held within a basin so as to separate a population of insect pupae present in the sieving device with respect to size. The method may also include causing actuation of one or more valves to drain the liquid from the basin in order to retrieve a first part of the population of insect pupae. Corresponding computer-readable devices and systems that perform the sieving method are also described.

Detergent dispensing device

The detergent dispensing device includes a base and an extrusion assembly. The extrusion assembly is joined to the base, and includes a seat member having a first tube and a second tube extending upward and forward, respectively. A volume control member is configured inside the first tube and a resilient engagement member is reciprocally moveable along the second tube. The extrusion assembly also includes a connection member connecting the first tube. A detergent bottle is fit on the connection member and the detergent flows into the first tube through the connection member. When the engagement member is engaged, a first ball of the volume control member allows the detergent to flow out of the first tube. As the engagement member is restored resiliently, the first ball blocks the first tube, thereby providing a fixed amount of detergent.

Apparatus and method to remove solids from material lift off post process solvents

An apparatus and method for removing post MLO (Material Lift Off) materials from a recycle solvent stream utilize a space efficient design and in a fashion that greatly reduces equipment downtime to maintenance and in a health friendly fashion.

Conservation System and Method for Cleaning Produce through Mist Immersion in an Atomized Aqueous Medium
20190262873 · 2019-08-29 ·

A conservation system and method for cleaning produce through mist immersion in an atomized aqueous medium. The system and method provides a tank for receiving the produce to soak and rinse an aqueous cleaning medium, so as to remove and dissolve residues and contaminants from rough or smooth surfaces of the produce. While cleaning the produce, the system and method is effective for conservation of water, liquids or other mediums, by not fully soaking the produce in a medium, but rather by uniformly immersing the produce in tiny droplets of atomized aqueous medium for a predetermined duration. After this droplet immersion, the produce is then rinsed and ready for consumption. The tank provides an air nozzle for aerating aqueous medium and an ultrasonic device for atomizing aqueous medium between 1 m and 15 m. The produce is supported on a basket while being soaked in the aerated and atomized aqueous medium.

Dental Appliance Cleaning System with Reduced Cross Contamination

A system for ultrasonic cleaning of dental appliances provides nested containers adapted to communicate ultrasonic energy therethrough to provide cleaning of a dental appliance contained within the innermost container using a standard ultrasound machine without cross-contamination with liquid from the main ultrasound bath.

Method of managing reuse of returnable bottle

A method of managing reuse of a returnable bottle is disclosed. The method individually manages returnable bottles so as to manage reuse linked with their individual states of use and thereby enable reusable bottles to be separated from other bottles in a scientific manner. The method comprises, at the time of new production of a returnable bottle body, forming on a bottle body surface a product identification mark part engraved with an identification code as product identification data of the bottle body, reading the product identification mark part and writing and storing the product identification data of the bottle body in the storage medium linked with individual transport state data relating to transport of the bottle body, and judging permission for continued reuse of the bottle body based on the individual transport state data stored in the storage medium.
