Drinking straw sanitizer
An apparatus for cleaning drinking straws has a canister enclosing a plurality of carriers for supporting drinking straws to be cleaned, and a subsystem supplying water heated to a sanitizing temperature to the carriers. Straws are placed in or on the carriers, and the heated water flows around the inside and the outside of the straws.
SOLIDS WASHING IN OIL AND/OR GAS PRODUCTION
An apparatus for washing solid particles removed from a hydrocarbon-containing fluid produced from an oil and gas production facility using a company automated unit. The apparatus comprises an inlet that carries a mixture of solids particles and water flushed from a de-sander.
Multiphase liquid cleaning system
A cleaning system and wherein one or more surface cleaning devices use high-pressure, high-temperature water from a pressure module for surface cleaning, and wherein the waste water resulting from the surface cleaning is recovered, and wherein the solid waste matter within the waste water is filtered and separated into solid waste matter and clean filtered water, wherein the filtered water is reused by the cleaning apparatus and the solid waste matter is available in a form that can be disposed of by traditional means.
Versatile cleansing and sanitizing water dispenser and methods of production
A cleansing and sanitizing water dispensing device and related methods are described herein that includes: a heating mechanism, wherein the heating mechanism heats water to a predetermined temperature, wherein the predetermined temperature is above 130 F. and up to the boiling temperature of the water, and wherein the temperature of the water can sanitize a surface, a cloth or another item; a liquid reservoir coupled to the heating mechanism, wherein the liquid reservoir is designed to hold and store water; a dispensing mechanism coupled to the liquid reservoir; and an integrated safety device, wherein the safety device includes a locking mechanism and wherein the locking mechanism is operatively coupled to the heating mechanism, the dispensing mechanism, or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, a cleansing and sanitizing water dispensing device includes an integrated safety device, wherein the safety device includes an integrated spill tray, wherein the device or the heating mechanism will not operate unless the integrated spill tray is engaged and pulled out, so that it extends away from the dispensing device.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TREATING SUBSTRATE
An apparatus for treating a substrate includes a drying chamber that performs a drying process on the substrate having an organic solvent remaining on an upper surface thereof, a bake chamber that heats the substrate subjected to the drying process, and a transfer assembly that transfers the substrate between the drying chamber and the bake chamber.
ROASTING AND GLAZING APPARATUS
A roasting and glazing apparatus includes a housing having a top peripheral surface with an opening defined by an interior edge, a roaster bowl movable from within the housing, through the opening, to an elevated position above the housing, and a pour tray configured to detachably couple to the interior edge, and to receive and guide a fluid exiting the roaster bowl when the roaster bowl is in the elevated position. The pour tray has a bottom surface and a mounting bracket extending from the bottom surface. The mounting bracket is configured to detachably couple to the interior edge of the housing defining the opening. In an assembled configuration, the bottom surface of the pour tray is oriented at an angle relative to the top peripheral surface of the housing and supported by a shoulder or side peripheral surface of the housing.
Device for laminar flow fluid extraction
The present invention comprises device (10) which maintains a modified atmospheric pressure within, uses evaporation and condensation by means of heated or cooled fluid jackets and radiators to move and clean washing fluid and fans to increase and decrease the pressure of the gaseous washing fluid in a manner which causes liquid washing fluid to flow laminar within the extraction chamber. The present invention comprises a modular extraction chamber (42) which when fitted to the device (10) is in permanent communication with a boiling chamber (27) and a condensation chamber (33). These chambers are intermittently in communication with an evaporation chamber (12) and a corresponding clean solvent holding chamber (20). The evaporation chamber and the clean solvent holding tank may, upon completion of the extraction cycle sequester the pressurized washing fluid while the rest of the system is depressurized allowing for quick changeover of source material.
Substrate processing apparatus and substrate processing method
A second liquid film of the second processing liquid covers an upper surface of the first liquid film of the first processing liquid, on the upper surface of the substrate. In the substrate processing apparatus, extraneous matters on the upper surface of the substrate are removed from the upper surface of the substrate and moved toward the inside of the second liquid film by the first processing liquid which is vaporized between the second liquid film and the substrate by performing heating of the first liquid film at a temperature not lower than the boiling point of the first processing liquid and lower than the boiling point of the second processing liquid. It is thereby possible to suitably remove the extraneous matters from the substrate while suppressing any damage on the upper surface of the substrate.
OIL REMOVAL SYSTEM USING SUPERHEATED STEAM AND SUPERHEATED STEAM GENERATION DEVICE
Provided are an oil removal system and an oil removal method with which good oil removal can be achieved, and a superheated steam generation device which can be used in the execution thereof. An oil removal device imparts, from a discharge part, superheated steam obtained by a superheated steam generation device to a treatment object, which includes oil on the surface thereof. The treatment object is set so that the surface temperature thereof is cooled by a cooling part so as to be lower than the superheated steam. Dew condensation is produced on the surface of treatment object by the discharge of the superheated steam from the discharge part, and the dew condensation is blown off and removed from the surface of the treatment object by a removal part, and thereby oil on the surface is removed together with the dew condensation.
