BATTERY ELECTRODE MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND CLEAN ROOM STRUCTURE
A battery electrode manufacturing device (100) comprises: a chamber (110) whose inside (IN) is decompressed below atmospheric pressure, wherein a base film (31A) is conveyed to the inside (IN) of the chamber (110) via a load opening (112); and a clean room section (150) that provides a space, wherein the clean room section (150) is provided in the load opening (112) side outside (OU) of the chamber (110), wherein the internal (INa) of the space is pressurized above atmospheric pressure, wherein the base film (31A) is conveyed toward the load opening (112) in the space, and wherein the clean room section (150) supplies clean pressurized air (a1) toward the load opening (112).
Front end conveyor having adjustable entrance support
A front end conveyor has an upstream end and a downstream end, a lower deck including a plurality of primary sheet supports and an upper deck including a plurality of sheet guides. Upper portions of the primary sheet supports lie in a first plane and the sheet supports and sheet guides define a sheet transport path for moving sheets in a sheet transport direction. A pivotable sheet support extends from an upstream end of the lower deck and has at least one surface lying in a second plane. The pivotable sheet support is pivotable from a first position in which the second plane forms a first angle with the first plane and a second position in which the second plane forms a second angle with the first plane, the second angle being different than the first angle.
DEVICE FOR THE CONTACT-FREE CLEANING OF ROLLERS, AND METHOD THEREFOR
Devices and methods for cleaning a roller of a system for processing strip-type material may involve a suction duct in addition to a nozzle that directs a gas flow onto a surface of the roller. The nozzle and the suction duct may be disposed in a hood that covers part of a circumference of the roller. Further, the nozzle can be disposed at an angle within a range of 45 degrees with respect to a normal line extending orthogonally from the surface of the roller. Moreover, the nozzle may be spaced less than 50 mm apart from the surface of the roller.
IMAGE READING DEVICE
An image reading device includes a reading unit configured to read an image of a medium conveyed in a conveyance direction through a conveyance path, and a cleaning unit configured to clean a cleaning object in the conveyance path with an airflow. The cleaning unit includes a foreign matter moving unit configured to cause an airflow to flow in the conveyance path in a direction from one end to the other end that intersects the conveyance direction to move a foreign matter located at the cleaning object from the one end to the other end, and a first storage unit located at the other end of the conveyance path and configured to receive and store the foreign matter moved by the airflow in the direction from the one end to the other end.
MAT CLEANING AND DRYING APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus for washing a mat, which enables a user to introduce the mat into the apparatus pile side up so, that it can be inspected and pretreated before cleaning by the apparatus. The mat is inclined in the wash and/or rinse module of the apparatus, while a plurality of high pressure nozzles spray water onto the pile side of the mat. Water flowing down the inclined mat pre-wets regions of the mat to pre-treat these regions before they are treated by the high pressure nozzles. The apparatus may include a trough at the bottom of the incline to further soak the mat before treatment by the high pressure nozzles. The apparatus may include means for holding the mat flat on the incline, means for extracting water from the cleaned mat, and means for cleaning and reusing water.
CONTAMINANT REMOVAL APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR TAPE AND REEL CARRIER TAPE
A method of cleaning a tape and reel carrier tape by unspooling a tape and reel carrier tape from a first reel and onto a second reel. As the tape and reel carrier tape travels from the first reel to the second reel, the method includes passing the tape and reel carrier tape through an inner chamber of a contaminant removal apparatus, and removing contaminants from the tape and reel carrier tape by circulating air within an inner chamber of the contaminant removal apparatus.
Dust removal device and dust removal method
A dust removal device capable of normally dedusting a surface of a sheet-shaped object having an edge portion of a shape with protruding parts continuously arranged at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction, that is, a dust removal device discharging a gas to a surface of a sheet-shaped object 100 from a discharge outlet while drawing in the gas above the surface of the sheet-shaped object 100 through a suction inlet, the discharge outlet including a first discharge outlet 30 for discharging the gas to portions of the sheet-shaped object 100 other than the edge portion and a second discharge outlet 35 for discharging the gas to the edge portion 100b of the sheet-shaped object 10, and the suction inlet including a first suction inlet (31, 32) for drawing in the gas above the surface of the portions of the sheet-shaped object 100 other than the edge portion 100b and a second suction inlet (33, 34) for drawing in the gas of the surface of the edge portion 100b of the sheet-shaped object 100.
