Injector needle cleaning apparatus and method
The present disclosure is a food injection needle cleaning system and method. The food injection needle cleaning system comprises a cleaning fluid tank coupled to high-pressure pump configured to pump cleaning fluid through at least one inlet, a channel, and at least one outlet of a food injection needle to dislodge and remove debris as well as sanitize the needle. The present disclosure comprises a high-pressure chamber configured to secure the food injection needle and seal around the needle such that fluid enters the needle through an inlet of the high-pressure chamber and exits the needle through a waste line.

CIP SYSTEM
A Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system and process for cleaning objects are provided for use in a CIP plant suitable for, e.g., producing products requiring a high level of hygiene. The plant includes primary and optionally secondary tanks for cleaning media, a freshwater supply, one or more forward lines forwarding liquid (e.g., cleaning media or water) from the plant to one or more objects. Objects may include one unit or a part of a unit, such as a tank or pipeline, or a combination of units, and each object is subjected to a separate CIP flow. Return line(s) and forward line(s) manage liquid (e.g., cleaning media or water or freshwater) between various components of the system.
Method and device for cleaning a channel using a diaphragm pump module
A method and an apparatus for cleaning a channel, especially a transmission and/or cooling channel, in any type of device, machine, installation, and/or tool, particularly in any type of heat exchanger and/or a molding core, cavity and/or insert is proposed, wherein a channel is cleaned through dynamic, bi-directional pulsation of cleaning medium inside the to-be-cleaned channel, the method being realized by a cleaning apparatus equipped with a diaphragm pump module, plugged either only in the feed side of the transmission line or in the feed side and in the return side, which, after connecting the diaphragm pump module to the external energy source and shutting off the flow control system from the reservoir and the feed pump, allows for putting cleaning medium into a state of two-way dynamic pulsating motion.
Tool cleaning apparatus
A cleaning apparatus for a tool is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes a support structure having a first base portion, and a nozzle disposed on the first base portion of the support structure. The cleaning apparatus further includes circuitry that is communicatively coupled to an electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism and a robot. The circuitry determines a count of operation cycles of the tool coupled to an end-effector of the robot and instructs the robot to align the tool with the nozzle. The instruction is provided to the robot based on a determination that the determined count is greater than or equal to a threshold number. The circuitry controls the electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism based on whether the tool is aligned with the nozzle, to release a cleaning fluid through the nozzle for a first time-duration to clean the tool.
CLEANING OF A 3D PRINTED ARTICLE
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for cleaning a 3D printed article, in particular a 3D printed heat exchanger. After 3D printing, an article may have internal passages formed from bonded powder and said passages may contain unbonded powder that needs to be removed before further use of/processing of the article. To remove this unbonded powder, the article is filled with a cleaning fluid and vibrated. The cleaning fluid is then pumped out of the article and past a sensor that generates a magnetic field. The sensor detects the presence of powder particles in the fluid by detecting a perturbation of the magnetic field caused by said particles. The fluid is then filtered and returned to a reservoir for use. The sensor may indicate the article is sufficiently clean when a detected concentration of particles in the fluid drops below a threshold.
METHOD AND COMPOSITION FOR PULSE DOSE CLEANING OF PROCESS STREAMS
Pulse dosing is used to administer a cleaning formulation into a fluid process stream flowing through structural components of a processing facility. The fluid process stream may contain corn, corn-derived products, or a combination thereof, or the fluid process stream may contain a process condensate, a rinse fluid, a cleaning fluid or any combination thereof. The processing facility may be an ethanol processing plant, a protein processing plant, a corn oil processing plant, an ethanol and corn oil processing plant, an ethanol and protein processing plant, or an ethanol, corn oil and protein processing plant. Pulse dosing may include administering the cleaning formulation into the fluid process stream for a period of x seconds every y minutes, with no administration of the cleaning formulation between the periods of x seconds.
PIPETTE TIP WASHING DEVICES AND METHODS
Methods and apparatus are provided for washing pipette tips, including the inside and outside of the pipette tip. Pipette wash devices comprise a main body comprising a wash chamber, a liquid channel, a gas channel, and a nozzle cavity, and a nozzle for providing a washing mist is positioned in the nozzle cavity and fluidically connected with the liquid channel and the gas channel. Methods of washing a pipette tip include inserting a pipette tip in a wash chamber; spraying a mist on an outside surface of the pipette tip; and blowing pressurized air or inert gas on the outside surface of the pipette tip, thereby washing and drying the pipette. Methods of washing a pipette tip also include passing one or more series of liquid slugs separated by gaseous gaps through the inside of the pipette tip.
Cleaning liquid composition and method for cleaning polymerization apparatus using same
A cleaning liquid composition is provided. More particularly, a cleaning liquid composition includes a transition metal compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 (see the detailed description of the present invention); and a hydrocarbon-based solvent, and a cleaning method of a polymerization apparatus using the same.
