Variable-flow-rate anti-clogging emitter and irrigation method thereof
A variable-flow-rate anti-clogging emitter includes an upper casing and a lower casing, where the upper casing and the lower casing are fixedly connected with each other; the upper casing has a flat top surface provided with a water outlet and a bottom surface provided with a truncated conical slot in communication with the water outlet; the lower casing includes a flow channel portion and a discharging portion, which are recessed in an upper surface of the lower casing; the flow channel portion has one end provided with multiple parallel feeding channels and an other end communicated with the discharging portion; one end of a lower surface of the lower casing is provided with an L-shaped platform; water inlets of the multiple feeding channels are arranged on a side wall of the L-shaped platform; and an elastomer flow channel is fixedly provided between the upper casing and the lower casing.
Turbine blade maintenance method
A cleaning process (blasted-particles cleaning process) includes performing, a plural number of consecutive cycles, an ultrasonic cleaning treatment including immersing a turbine rotor blade in a water basin and conducting an ultrasonic wave into the water basin to clean the turbine rotor blade, and a pressurized-water cleaning treatment including spraying pressurized water into an internal cooling flow channel after the ultrasonic cleaning treatment is performed. The cleaning process is performed after a bonding coat layer removing process of removing a bonding coat layer (first coating layer) by chemical treatment, and a cleaning process of cleaning the turbine blade by blast treatment. Heat tinging process is then performed.
Wellbore clean-out tool
A tool for cleaning out the lower end of a cased wellbore having an installed production string. The tool is lowered down the production string until it projects from an end of the production string and into the wellbore. High pressure fluid is then sprayed from the tool's fluid openings into nearby portions of the wellbore. Once cleaning operations are complete, the tool is carried back to the ground surface using subterranean fluid pressure.

Cleaning process to remove red oils deposits in an installation comprising fatty acid esters as cleaning agent and use of fatty acid esters as cleaning agent in such a process
The invention relates to a process for removing red oils deposits formed in an installation comprising the use of a cleaning agent comprising one or more fatty acid esters to dissolve the red oils deposit and to form a mixture comprising the cleaning agent and the dissolved red oils; and removing the mixture comprising the cleaning agent and the dissolved red oils.
Primary vacuum pump of dry type and method for controlling the injection of a purge gas
A dry type primary vacuum pump is provided, including at least two pumping stages mounted in series between a suction and a discharge of the pump; two rotors extending in the pumping stages and being configured to rotate synchronously in a reverse direction to drive a gas to be pumped between the suction and the discharge; an injection device configured to distribute a purge gas in at least one pumping stage, the injection device including at least one injector and at least one injection valve with an on or off control configured to be interposed between a purge gas supply source and the injector; and a control device configured to control opening and closing of the injection valve to inject a purge gas by successive pulses into the at least one pumping stage. A method for controlling the injection of a purge gas the vacuum pump is also provided.
Tube lancing machine
A machine comprising: a lance, the lance configured to clean insides of tubes; a guide way positioned near the tubes; a transversal drive support slidable on the guide way and configured to move the lance along the guide way towards an insertion head; a rotational drive coupled to the lance for controlling rotation of the lance; and a feeding system coupled to the lance, wherein the guide way forms at least one supporting lance channel over a length of the guide way, the at least one channel forming an enclosure from all sides for guiding the lance, whereby a part on the circumference of the enclosure is made of a flexible lip, which lip can be locally bent by deflectors travelling with the lance.
Valve flush apparatus and method
A valve flush apparatus includes a rigid base designed to removably attach to a body of an irrigation valve. A stem extends outwardly from the base and away from the body of the irrigation valve and may be centrally located on the base. The stem and an aperture in the base may define a water passageway through which water may flow through the body of the irrigation valve and through the valve flush apparatus. A hose may also be included which removably attaches to the stem so as to extend the water passageway of the valve flush apparatus. A method includes flushing a clogged irrigation valve through use of the valve flush apparatus.
High-pressure to low-pressure line set joining tool for air conditioning and refrigeration systems and methods
The present invention provides an improved method for flushing a solvent through a line set of a condenser, compressor, and routing of heat ventilation and air-conditioning, and a high-pressure to low-pressure coupling device. The novel device is operable for joining the high-pressure and low-pressure lines and eliminates the need for having multiple technicians present for conducting a line set flush.
Downhole cleaning tool
A downhole borehole cleaning apparatus (10) for recirculating drill cuttings contained in a downhole borehole is provided and has a body (10) having an outer surface for contacting downhole fluid containing said drill cuttings, the downhole fluid comprising a certain pressure within the downhole borehole (16). The body (10) has a pair of bearing surfaces (30U; 30D) spaced apart along the longitudinal axis of the body (10), and the pair of bearing surfaces (30U; 30D) comprise substantially the same maximum outer diameter (d1) which is greater than the maximum outer diameter of the rest (14) of the body (10). Each of the pair of bearing surfaces (30U; 30D) comprises a substantially constant and un-interrupted diameter (d1) around its whole outer circumference for at least a portion of its longitudinal length; this forces all of the drilling fluid to pass around that maximum outer diameter. The outer surface of the body (10) further comprises a low pressure generation means (50) located in between the two longitudinally spaced apart bearing surfaces (30U; 30D) for generating a region of lower pressure in the downhole fluid within that region compared to the said certain pressure. A method of cleaning a downhole borehole is also described involving miming in a work string comprising a downhole borehole cleaning tool (10) into a borehole to be cleaned, and permitting or arranging for relative movement to occur between the downhole borehole cleaning tool (10) and fluid located in the annulus (15) in the borehole (16) whereby drill cuttings are recirculated.
