APPARATUS FOR CLEANING THE INNER SIDE OF A TANK
Apparatus for cleaning a tank's inner side includes a tank-mountable frame, a frame-mounted support drivable with respect to the frame about a first rotation axis, a support-mounted nozzle drivable with respect to the support about a second rotation axis transverse to the first axis. The nozzle's spraying direction faces away from the second axis. A controller of the apparatus drives the support and the nozzle, such that the nozzle is rotated about the second axis alternatingly from a start position to a stop position by a predefined cleaning angle smaller than one revolution and from the stop position to the start position. The nozzle angular velocity with respect to the support is smaller than the support angular velocity with respect to the frame within the cleaning angle and smaller than the nozzle angular velocity with respect to the support during movement from the stop position to the start position.
AUTOMATIC DIE CLEANING DEVICE WITH REUSABLE CLEANING FLUID
The disclosure belongs to the technical field of die cleaning, and particularly relates to an automatic die cleaning device with reusable cleaning fluid. The automatic die cleaning device with reusable cleaning fluid comprises a robot, a cleaning fluid cyclic-spraying system and a die overturning mechanism. The automatic die cleaning device can spray the cleaning fluid to a die to clean oil stains off the surface of the wheel die, thus realizing the function of automatically cleaning the oil stains off the surface of the die; and the automatic die cleaning device also has the function of reusing the cleaning fluid, thereby saving the cleaning fluid and reducing the influence on the environment. The cleaned die surface is smooth, and the effect is ideal. The automatic die cleaning device reduces the labor intensity, meets the requirement of high-efficiency production, and improves the production efficiency.
VEHICLE MOUNTED GARBAGE BIN CLEANING SYSTEM INCLUDING POWER TAKEOFF
A vehicle mounted garbage bin cleaning system including power takeoff includes a pair of arms configured for lifting a garbage bin, the pair of arms rotatably coupled to a mount on the vehicle, a hopper configured for accepting the garbage bin when the pair of arms lifts the garbage bin into the hopper, at least one spray rod extending upwards from the hopper, said spray rod including a water nozzle, wherein when the pair of arms lifts the garbage bin into the hopper, the spray rod is situated within the garbage bin, a hydraulic pump mechanically coupled with a transmission of the vehicle, such that the transmission drives the hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor hydraulically coupled with the hydraulic pump, a pressure washer pump mechanically coupled to the hydraulic motor, the spray rod fluidically coupled with the pressure washer pump.
Cleaning apparatus
A cleaning apparatus 1 includes: a pivot rotary shaft 8 attached with a nozzle 3; a first motor 14 for revolving and rotating the pivot rotary shaft 8 via an inner tube 7 and bevel gears 11 and 12; a second motor 16 for solely rotating an outer tube 15; and a control device 18 for controlling the operation of both the motors 14 and 16. The outer tube 15, and the pivot rotary shaft 8 and the nozzle 3 are operated together via the bevel gears 11 and 12. The first motor 14 is operated with the cleaning fluid W being sprayed from the nozzle 3.
Liquid ejection apparatus
A liquid ejection apparatus for cleaning of a tank. The liquid ejection apparatus comprising: a base member having a first end for receiving the liquid from a liquid line, a rotary head that is rotatably connected to the base member and a rotary nozzle hub that is rotatably connected to the rotary head. The rotary nozzle hub comprises a primary liquid ejection nozzle for ejecting a liquid in a pattern towards an interior surface of the tank, and a secondary liquid ejection nozzle that is configured to, during at least a part of a revolution of the rotary nozzle hub, eject the liquid in a pattern towards an external surface of the base member.
High pressure cleaning lance drive safety apparatus
A flexible cleaning lance safety apparatus is described as including a tripod support structure located close to an opening into an object to be cleaned. A flexible lance drive is fastened to the support structure for driving a high pressure fluid through a lance to the object to be cleaned. A snout tube is connected between the lance drive and an opening into the object to be cleaned. One or more micro pressure valves on each leg of the tripod support structure is operative to sense a predetermined force applied between the support structure and a support surface supporting the tripod support structure. When the predetermined force is sensed this causes the high pressure fluid to be diverted from the lance and the object to be cleaned to atmosphere.
Brewing chamber cleaner
A brewing chamber cleaner including a spinning or stationary assembly for spraying cleaning solution into the brewing chamber. The spinning assembly may be attached to a disk configured to removably reside in the brewing chamber, or be part of a coffee maker. Liquid pumped into the brewing chamber cleaner may cause the spinning assembly to spin by the liquid flowing past gears or a propeller, or by off center jets on the spinning member. Alternatively, the coffee maker includes a rotating shaft to cause the spinning assembly to spin or may include stator winding creating a rotating magnetic field to cause the spinning assembly to spin. In another embodiment the brewing chamber cleaner includes a wide spray provided by a fixed nozzle. A base is optionally provided to capture the spray and direct a flow into a bottom extraction needle of the coffee maker to clean the extraction needle.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A SELF-CLEANING GARBAGE CAN
A system and method for a self-cleaning garbage can having a lid with an oscillating spray head attached to the inside of the lid, allowing the water sprayer to clean the interior sides and bottom of the garbage can without an individual having to be present or attend to the cleaning process, or adjusting the spray head to reach all surfaces during the cleaning process.
