WATER WASHING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CRUDE OIL TANK
A water washing method and system for a crude oil tank. The water washing method includes inputting washing water into the crude oil tank; injecting high-pressure water to the lower portions of the crude oil tank such that the sludge mixes with the washing water; and discharging mixture water in which the sludge is mixed with the washing water from the crude oil tank.
Cavity cleaning and coating system
A cavity cleaning and coating system for safely and efficiently cleaning and coating the interior of a cavity without requiring entry of any workers. The cavity cleaning and coating system generally includes a mount which is coupled with a movable arm of a vehicle. The mount includes an inner plate, which is coupled to the arm, and an outer plate. A shaft is coupled to the outer plate. The mount is adjustable independently of the arm of the vehicle, including outwardly, inwardly, and rotatably. A spray head is connected to the shaft. The spray head is rotatable and includes a dispenser for dispensing fluids. The vehicle is positioned near a cavity to be treated. The mount is adjusted for optimal positioning of the spray head. The spray head is lowered into the cavity to dispense a cleaning fluid and, after the cleaning fluid has dried, a coating fluid.
CLEANING WATER FEEDING TOOL, WATER SPRINKLING CLEANING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR CLEANING PAINT COLLECTING PATH
A cleaning water feeding tool having a pipe structure to feed cleaning water to a water sprinkling cleaning device which has both end portions rotatably supported by a rotary base laid between a pair of rotary support parts disposed opposite to each other on a basket-shaped base, and includes the rotary head rotates with respect to the rotary base, and the rotary base rotates with respect to the basket-shaped base, including a horizontal portion that has a tip end portion connected to the cleaning water supply port and extends approximately horizontally in a state where a rotary shaft of the rotary base is disposed approximately horizontally, a straight portion that extends upward from the horizontal portion; and a hard material that configures or covers at least a portion receiving the cleaning water jetted from the water jet part of the straight portion.
Container cleaning device
A container cleaning device includes a mounting plate shaped for accommodating a wafer; and a nozzle assembly disposed on the mounting plate and including a base and a shell complimentarily disposed on the base. The shell includes an inlet and at least one outlet member disposed on an edge. The base includes a recess communicating with the inlet, and at least one outlet element each being inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the shell. Each outlet member of the shell is adjacent to and communicates with the corresponding outlet element of the base.
Vessel spray cleaning device
A spray cleaning device for cleaning the interior of a vessel or the like through an access opening in an underside thereof. The cleaning device includes a wheeled carriage positionable in selected relation to a vessel to be cleaned, an elongated frame having a central drive shaft extending along its length, and a rotatable spray head supported in an upstanding relation to a downstream end of said elongated housing for rotation about multiple axes. The elongated frame is pivotably supported by said wheeled carriage for selective positioning of the spray head within the vessel to be cleaned, and the spray head has a liquid supply which communicates with a liquid inlet to an upstanding support thereof downstream of the central drive shaft so said liquid is not transmitted along the drive shaft.
HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING LANCE DRIVE SAFETY APPARATUS
A flexible cleaning lance safety apparatus is described as including a tripod support structure located close to an opening into an object to be cleaned. A flexible lance drive is fastened to the support structure for driving a high pressure fluid through a lance to the object to be cleaned. A snout tube is connected between the lance drive and an opening into the object to be cleaned. One or more micro pressure valves on each leg of the tripod support structure is operative to sense a predetermined force applied between the support structure and a support surface supporting the tripod support structure. When the predetermined force is sensed this causes the high pressure fluid to be diverted from the lance and the object to be cleaned to atmosphere.
CLEANING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A CLEANING DEVICE
The invention relates to a cleaning device (100) for cleaning a container, in particular an inner wall of a container, comprising: a base member (1) that can be coupled to a feed pipe for supplying a cleaning agent, a rotating member (3) mounted rotatably about a rotational axis (A) on the base member (1), a support member (2) having a first end portion (16) and a second end portion spaced apart along the rotational axis (A),
wherein the first end portion (16) can be coupled to the base member (1) and the second end portion to the rotating member (3) in such a way that in the coupled state the rotating member (3) is rotatably accommodated between the base member (1) and the support member (2),
wherein the cleaning device (100) further comprises a coupling means (15) which is adapted to lock the support member (2) in place relative to the base member (1) in the coupled state. The invention also relates to a method for assembling a cleaning device (100).
FLUID HANDLING APPARATUS AND FLUID TANK SYSTEM
A fluid handling apparatus for ejecting fluid into a tank and draining fluid from the tank comprises: a fluid duct for draining/supplying fluid from/to the tank, the fluid duct configured for fluid communication with a tank opening at a tank bottom; a fluid inlet pipe for supplying fluid to the tank, the fluid inlet pipe extending at least partly through the fluid duct and configured to extend through the tank opening into the tank; a rotary fluid ejection device in fluid communication with the fluid inlet pipe; and a rotary drive shaft extending at least partly inside the fluid inlet pipe, the rotary drive shaft being rotatably connected to the rotary fluid ejection device. Also disclosed is a fluid tank system comprising a tank and a fluid handling apparatus, and a method for mixing beer or wort with solid hops material in a tank by a fluid handling apparatus.
Maintenance Device
A maintenance device for remotely maintaining the inside of a structure, for example, by deploying a maintenance tool to remotely clean, sandblast using various blast media, and/or paint an interior surface of a building structure.
Washing device and operation setting method therefor
Parameters for a plurality of motors that move a nozzle on a three-dimensional movement locus are set easily. A washing device 1 includes display device 7, and a worker touches an input unit 7A of the display device 7 with a finger, to thereby set parameters for both servo motors that move a nozzle 3 on a three-dimensional movement locus. Specifically, a three-dimensional model Md1 of a tank 2 to be washed is displayed on the input unit 7A, and next, the worker drags specific spots of the three-dimensional model Md1, sequentially, and selects washing methods and washing time periods of the spots. The selected contents are transmitted to a control device 6, are computed by a computing unit 6A of the control device 6, so that the parameters for both servo motors for operating the nozzle 3 in three dimensions are set in washing.
