A milk cart comprises a chassis, a storage tank coupled to the chassis, and a conveyor system comprising an exit configured to connect to a return line that terminates inside the storage tank. The return line comprises a first portion extending vertically towards a bottom of the inside of the storage tank, a second portion extending vertically in a direction towards a top of the inside the storage tank, and a base portion extending from the first portion to the second portion. The second portion is positioned at a lateral distance from an interior of a wall of the storage tank and further comprises an upper end comprising at least one opening.

A device for rinsing a container with a rinsing medium is described. The device includes a nozzle for introducing the rinsing medium into the container that is to be rinsed and a suction extractor for extracting by suction at least a portion of the rinsing medium that flows back out of the container. The nozzle has a medium outlet through which the rinsing medium enters the container that is to be rinsed. The nozzle is displaceably guided in a guide and is displaceable between a withdrawn position for positioning the container and a position in which it is inserted in the container for rinsing the container with the rinsing medium. A guide is disposed between the medium outlet of the nozzle and at least a region of the suction extractor.

A device for rinsing a container with a rinsing medium is described. The device includes a nozzle for introducing the rinsing medium into the container that is to be rinsed and a suction extractor for extracting by suction at least a portion of the rinsing medium that flows back out of the container. The nozzle has a medium outlet through which the rinsing medium enters the container that is to be rinsed. The nozzle is displaceably guided in a guide and is displaceable between a withdrawn position for positioning the container and a position in which it is inserted in the container for rinsing the container with the rinsing medium. A guide is disposed between the medium outlet of the nozzle and at least a region of the suction extractor.
BOTTLE-PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING THE PUMP/NOZZLE PROTECTOR OF THE BOTTLE-PROCESSING MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a bottle treatment machine including a pump/nozzle protector in the form of a screen. The screen includes an at least partially perforated surface and the screen is provided for passing a liquid of the bottle treatment machine therethrough. The bottle treatment machine further includes at least one scraper which rests at least partially on the at least partially perforated surface of the screen. The screen and the at least one scraper are arranged to be rotatable relative to one another. The present disclosure further relates to a method for cleaning the screen of the bottle treatment machine.
BOTTLE-PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING THE PUMP/NOZZLE PROTECTOR OF THE BOTTLE-PROCESSING MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a bottle treatment machine including a pump/nozzle protector in the form of a screen. The screen includes an at least partially perforated surface and the screen is provided for passing a liquid of the bottle treatment machine therethrough. The bottle treatment machine further includes at least one scraper which rests at least partially on the at least partially perforated surface of the screen. The screen and the at least one scraper are arranged to be rotatable relative to one another. The present disclosure further relates to a method for cleaning the screen of the bottle treatment machine.

A bottle cleaner includes a housing defining a chamber therein. A support frame is disposed within the housing to support one or more bottles. A base is disposed below the housing. A bottom liner is at least partially received within the housing. The bottom liner defines a plurality of openings and a fluid reservoir. At least one pump is disposed within the base to pump liquid from within the fluid reservoir to one or more spray jets for cleaning the bottles. Further, a blower and heater are disposed within the base. The blower discharges air into the chamber through the plurality of openings to dry the bottles. A heater element produces steam which aids in steam sterilization functionality.

Air rinsing apparatus and systems for rinsing containers are disclosed. An example air rinsing apparatus includes: a first enclosure having a first inlet port and a first output port; a second enclosure within the first enclosure, the second enclosure comprising a second inlet port and a second output port, the second output port disposed on a same face of the first enclosure as the first inlet port; and one or more air movers configured to: urge first air into the second inlet port, the second enclosure configured to direct the first air from the second inlet port to the second output port; and pull second air from the first output port, the first enclosure configured to direct the second air from the first inlet port to the first output port.
Device and method for cleaning containers
Cleaning arms for cleaning containers are disclosed that can be used for transportation of food, medical, and/or pharmaceutical products. In some embodiments, a container cleaning arm comprises a main body and rotatable head for cleaning a container interior surface. The main body comprises a proximate end configured for engaging with a motorized drive and a distal end rotatably coupled to the rotatable head. The rotatable head comprises a first washing nozzle or group of washing nozzles and a first air knife dryer positioned adjacent to the first group of washing nozzles.

An example air rinsing apparatus includes: a first enclosure having a first inlet port and a first output port; a second enclosure within the first enclosure, the second enclosure comprising a second inlet port and a second output port, the second output port disposed on a same face of the first enclosure as the first inlet port; and one or more air movers configured to: urge first air into the second inlet port, the second enclosure configured to direct the first air from the second inlet port to the second output port; and pull second air from the first output port, the first enclosure configured to direct the second air from the first inlet port to the first output port.
