CLEANING DEVICE
A cleaning device includes a supporting mechanism, a clamping mechanism arranged on the supporting mechanism and used to clamp a spray head, a heating mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, and a cleaning mechanism. The heating mechanism, the adjusting mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism are arranged on the supporting mechanism. The heating mechanism is used to heat the spray head clamped by the clamping mechanism. The cleaning mechanism is used to inject cleaning liquid into the spray head, dredge the spray head, and detect the spray head. The adjusting mechanism is used to rotate and adjust a position of the cleaning mechanism to complete different tasks on the spray head.
Cross Jet Cleaning Nozzle, Produced By Additive Manufacturing
A rotor body is completely produced from metal by means of additive manufacturing methods or 3D printing, wherein the cross-jet nozzle duct is left out during the additive manufacturing layer by layer as a continuous edge-free curved opening in the form of an arc curved in relation to the longitudinal axis (L). A cleaning fluid can be transported from a feed duct of the rotor body up to a nozzle tip (D) and can be dispensed there from the cross jet nozzle outlet, and accordingly higher-energy cleaning fluid chats are to be able to be generated or an energy loss of the exiting cleaning fluid is to be reduced.
FLEXIBLE AND EXTENDABLE CONDUIT DESCALING ARTICLE
A Conduit Descaling System (CDS) is provided and includes an anchor structure, wherein the anchor structure includes a first anchor end, a second anchor end and a structure center portion and wherein the structure center portion connects the first anchor end with the second anchor end; a descaling chain ring, wherein the descaling chain ring defines a chain ring center cavity and is connected to the structure center portion; and a Forward Descaling Article (FDA), wherein the FDA includes an FDA structure having an FDA structure first end, an FDA structure second end and an FDA structure center portion, wherein the FDA structure center portion includes a plurality of FDA anchor structures distributed along the circumference of the FDA structure center portion, and wherein FDA further includes a plurality of FDA descaling links having a plurality of FDA descaling link cutting teeth.
PORT CLEANERS WITH FLEXIBLE BODIES
In an example, a port cleaner may include a flexible body, a guide wire, and a push plate. The guide wire may extend along a length of the flexible body. Further, the push plate may be disposed at a first end of the flexible body and movable along the guide wire to compress the flexible body.
SMELT SPOUT CLEANING ASSEMBLY
An assembly for cleaning a smelt spout includes a cleaning head, a drive rod connected with the cleaning head, and a pneumatic or other drive connected to selectively extend or retract the drive rod. The drive rod may be connected with the cleaning head by a pivotal connection. The cleaning head may be bifurcated. The cleaning head may include a leading edge configured to engage and clean a spout opening from which smelt from a chemical reduction furnace flows to the spout. The assembly may further include a pivot point and, as the drive selectively extends the drive rod, torque about the pivot point produced by the cleaning head and an extending portion of the drive rod rotates the cleaning head downward to engage a smelt spout.
AUTO-FEED PIPE CLEANER
An auto-feed pipe cleaner comprises a take-up unit comprising a wire drum and a spring wire; and a feed unit comprising a telescopic tube, a feeder for disposing a movable bearing and two fixed bearings, a tube handle disposed inside the telescopic tube and embedded with the feeder, and an elastic plate embedded inside the feeder. A user holds the telescopic tube with one hand, and holds a small handle of the wire drum with another hand to rotate the wire drum forwardly or reversely and drive the spring wire to rotate forwardly or reversely, and pushes the telescopic tube forward so that the movable bearing is pressed downward by the elastic plate and actuated with the fixed bearings to start feeding the spring wire or taking up the spring wire into the wire drum. When the telescopic tube is pulled backward, the movable bearing is not actuated.
Extendable toilet auger
Augers that utilize a drain cleaning cable which can be rotated and selectively extended or retracted from the auger are described. The augers utilize coupling assemblies that enable easy coupling or decoupling between the drain cleaning cable and a torque transmission shaft of the auger.
DEVICE FOR UNCLOGGING PUMPS AND PIPES
The present invention relates generally to the field of pump cleaning and unclogging. More specifically, the present invention relates to a tool which allows a user to unclog and remove rags, cloth materials, debris, or other obstructions from submersible and master-station pumps. Further, the invention can be used either as a hand tool or as an attachment to a crane or other machine for power assisted pulling, unclogging, and removal of rags, cloth materials, debris, and other obstructions.
MEDICAL TUBE CLEARANCE DEVICE
Methods and devices for actuating a clearance device to clear obstructive debris from medical tubes are disclosed. More particularly, a shuttle that includes a first primary magnetic element that is adapted to magnetically engage and translate a magnetic guide within a tube is disclosed. The first primary magnetic element is aligned so that a first primary magnetic field emanating therefrom is aligned substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the tube when viewed from a side of the shuttle.
VERTICAL PIPE CLEANING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A cleaning device for cleaning vertical pipes includes a cylindrical section, a bottom plate and an upper plate having a cable attachment means, an internal weight, and at least one wiper disk, the device defining a fluid flow path through or around the device.
