QUICK-ACTION ADJUSTMENT FOR ADJUSTING CYLINDER IN EDGING STANDS
An adjusting cylinder quick-action adjustment for a long, rapid stroke movement in an edging stand which includes an edger upright, adjustment system, balancing system and edging roll sets, comprises a piston which acts via edging roll chocks of at least one edging roll for adjustment against the rolling stock. The adjustment of the edging roll can be actuated on each side hydraulically by a fluid. The adjusting cylinder quick-action adjustment is mounted in the edger upright and exerts the force required for the edging process. The adjusting cylinder quick-action adjustment includes on each side of the edging upright at least one double cylinder which has two cylinders coupled to one another and is separately controllable and configured for rapid adjustment and for control adjustment of the edging roll.
ROLLING METHOD WITH A STEP FOR ADJUSTING THE INTERSPACE BETWEEN THE LATERAL BACKUP ROLL AND THE SUPPORT ROLL
Disclosed is a rolling method for rolling a strip including: rolling the strip by a pair of working rolls; transmitting a rolling force to the working rolls by a pair of support rolls; holding each of the working rolls by a pair of side support rollers; supporting each side support roller by two rows formed by rollers; supporting each row formed by the rollers, by a bearing support carrying rollers, the bearing support mounted pivotally on an articulation axis. The dimensions of a first interspace between the side support roller and the support roll and a second interspace between the strip and the assembly consisting of side support roller and bearing support vary in the course of the rolling. The method includes adjusting the dimension separating the axis of the support roll and the axis of the side support roller defining the first interspace.

FLEXIBLE SKEW ROLLING MILL WITH DUAL-ROTATABLE-SHAFTS
Metal plastic forming processes and equipment that provides a flexible skew rolling mill with dual-rotatable-shafts, including a base unit, a guide unit, two rollers, two servo main-shaft systems, a roller distance adjusting mechanism, two tilt angle adjusting mechanisms, a cooling system and a numerical control system. The two servo main-shaft systems are mounted under the support of the two beds, thereby driving the two rollers to do rotation motion; the roller distance adjusting mechanism drives the two beds, thereby enabling the two rollers to do synchronous centering and radial feed motion; the two tilt angle adjusting mechanisms drive the servo main-shaft systems respectively to rotate around a horizontal rolling center line and enable the two rollers to do tilt angle adjustment motion; and the numerical control system controls a rotating speed, radial feed and tilt angle adjustment of the two rollers, such that skew rolling mills and rollers of the same dimensions and specification can form shaft parts of different dimensions and specifications by flexible skew rolling. The flexible skew rolling mill with dual-rotatable-shafts has the advantages that the beds are synchronously centered and radial feed, the strength of the beds is high, the mounting and debugging are convenient, flexible production can be realized and the like such that the flexible skew rolling mill has broad prospects of being applied to the field of forming large-diameter shaft parts with diversified specifications.

An apparatus (2) for flatting, punching or stamping a material (40) introduced into the apparatus (2), said apparatus (2) comprising a first cylinder (14) provided with an outer layer configured for flatting, punching or stamping the material (40); a back-pressure cylinder (16) extending parallel to the first cylinder (14) and an adjustment mechanism (22, 22, 28, 28, 34, 34, 36) for adjusting the distance between the first cylinder (14) and the back-pressure cylinder (16). The adjustment mechanism (22, 22, 28, 28, 34, 34, 36) comprises a first contact member (22) and preferably a second contact member (22) brought into contact with the bottom portion (circumference) of the first cylinder (14). The contact member(s) (22, 22) are mounted on a structure (34, 34) being movably mounted relative to the back-pressure cylinder (16).

The present invention relates to a device for forming a round bar into variable shapes, comprising: a main body provided with a plate portion with a circular shape having a plate hole formed in a center thereof, having plate protrusions protruding to the plate portion in a radial shape, and a turn gear connecting portion formed at an outer circumference surface of the plate portion; a round bar forming portion coupled between the plate protrusions and having a slide mold seated on the plate portion and a forming roll coupled to the slide mold to rotate; and a turn gear having a donut shape, provided with a turn gear protruding portion with a circular arc shape having different diameters from a center in an inner surface thereof, and disposed between the slide mold and the turn gear connecting portion.

In order to provide an adjustment of the roll gap under load with high positioning accuracy and regulation accuracy, a cross-rolling unit for adjusting rolls operating under load with, disposed on a force-absorbing roll stand, a mechanical setting unit for a first cross-roll setting and a hydraulic setting unit for a second cross-roll setting, wherein the mechanical setting unit includes two mutually displaceable mechanical subassemblies having a common axis of symmetry and the hydraulic setting unit includes at least two mutually displaceable hydraulic subassemblies having respectively one central axis, has the mechanical setting unit and the hydraulic setting unit disposed in the force-absorbing roll stand as a common subassembly. The axis of symmetry of at least one of the mutually displaceable mechanical subassemblies and the central axes of each of the mutually displaceable hydraulic subassemblies are the same.
ROLLING DEVICE AND MEASURING DEVICE
A rolling device and a measuring device are disclosed. A rolling assembly in the rolling device is movably mounted on a bracket in a first direction (a) parallel to a working surface, and when a member to be rolled is placed on the working surface, the rolling assembly provides a rolling pressure to the member to be rolled. In a rolling process, the rolling assembly moves in the first direction (a), so as to be capable of ensuring that the rolling pressure applied to the member to be rolled is constant and always perpendicular to the member to be rolled, that is, ensuring that the rolling pressure remains constant, thereby reducing the influence of external factors on the rolling process and improving the accuracy of a measurement result.

A rolling device and a measuring device are disclosed. A rolling assembly in the rolling device is movably mounted on a bracket in a first direction (a) parallel to a working surface, and when a member to be rolled is placed on the working surface, the rolling assembly provides a rolling pressure to the member to be rolled. The present invention relates to a device for forming a round bar into variable shapes, comprising: a main body provided with a plate portion with a circular shape having a plate hole formed in a center thereof, having plate protrusions protruding to the plate portion in a radial shape, and a turn gear connecting portion formed at an outer circumference surface of the plate portion; a round bar forming portion coupled between the plate protrusions and having a slide mold seated on the plate portion and a forming roll coupled to the slide mold to rotate; and a turn gear having a donut shape, provided with a turn gear protruding portion with a circular arc shape having different diameters from a center in an inner surface thereof, and disposed between the slide mold and the turn gear connecting portion.
