The interconnected chambers include a first chamber, a second chamber and a meandering pathway that interconnects the first chamber to the second chamber. Flow material is provided that at least partially fills the plurality of interconnected chambers. The flow material can be a liquid with floating solids, or a slurry of solids and liquids. The flow material is displaced within the plurality of interconnected chambers when at least one of the plurality of interconnected chambers is compressed.
